Horrible pawn shop ....I've bought 2 items from here that malfunctioned almost immediately.....the electronics are garbage and the staff are very disrespectful to customers

Store owner is amazing very flexible and always works with me to get me a good loan. Staff friendly 10/10 if you need a loan I highly recommend you going through them!!

I visit this pawn shop often, since Michael has been the manager my experience has been quick, consistent and pleasurable. He is knowledgeable, kind and understanding. This is the only location I visit now.

I’ve never felt so disrespected or unwelcome at a business as I did at this Metro Pawn location. Michael, who I believe is the manager, was especially rude and dismissive. He treated me like I was a nuisance just for trying to get a loan on items I legitimately own—and even offered to provide receipts to prove it. Instead of working with me, I was told I had “too many Bluetooth speakers” and they wouldn’t loan to me anymore. The way it was said made me feel worthless and judged.
To make it worse, I watched as they took items from the couple behind me, who were clearly under the influence and probably pawning stolen goods. The double standard was shocking.
This wasn’t the first time I’ve been treated poorly here, either. Michael has consistently lowballed me on loans and always comes off rude. The customer service at this location is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

In a time of need Dana was able to help out. She was so respectful and courteous. I would definitely utilize Metro Pond anytime I have the need.

Connie and Jim were wonderful! I had a huge amount of jewelry that was passed down to me i had no idea what to do with it or what was real or fake! Connie went through it and helped me sell it, I really appreciated the time she took to go through each piece! Thank you so much for helping me i will be back!
