Idk if the “manager” was just mad and rude because she was hungry and about to go on lunch, but we’ll definitely be switching phone service providers after this visit. All we needed to do was update the imei for a phone and every time I tried to talk, she interrupted me. We were planning on getting our kids phones through metropcs as well but guess she didn’t want the commission from the sale before going on her lunch break. Second rep at the store said she couldn’t help with anything because she wasn’t the original person we talked to so guess she didn’t want any commissions on new phones either. From someone who worked in phone customer service for 6 years, I get that the job is not fun and can get stressful, but you don’t take it out on customers. But hey, maybe metro only hires girls who peaked in high school and still think being mean is cute

I've been with Metro for 14+ years, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. The associate wasn't all that friendly, and when asking her questions, she was very short. Granted, we were her first customers of the day, but still, we could have been (and actually did buy) a potential sale. So after asking about the phones and how the upgrade works (Metro doesn't offer discounts to existing customers anymore - good reason to move on), that was fine. AFTER my son picked out his phone and paid for it, the associate then decided to tell us, " Since this is an upgrade, the sale is final." Does it make a huge difference? Probably not, but it would have been nice to know before the phone was actually paid for. I do not knock Metro or their services, but if you can find a more friendlier Metro, I would suggest you do so. We were on the fence about moving carriers, and we decided to jump to the other side. Honest opinion, they are trying to move people from their current plan to their more expensive plans. I'm glad I waited to post this! So the associate was having issues getting my sons phone going. She took it to someone in the back, and he got it going. My wife asks, "What if we have issues with the phone, associates' response? "Oh, you shouldn't have" okay, but what if we do? All sales are final?? I don't knock Metro, but if you can, avoid this store. I've had horrible service at a Metro before, but good God, this was horrible.

The tension is very bad, those who are there to help get angry
And they don't like to give more information about what one needs, what they do is get upset. I think that if something they want is not within their reach, they should not
Get angry, thought they should
Give good customer service, tell them thank you and better keep quiet when angry.
I do not recommend this store.

I am fully disabled and was 1st customer in and needed to make a return of faulty equipment and get a refund She made me wait for her to help 6 able bodied men with their phone issues!

Adriana was fast and got me a phone got it all set up for me she was just wonderful and I give her five stars I love this store I carry four lines with Metro wouldn't want to switch to anything else thank you Adriana

I went here on Oct 1 to return a hot spot and was told they needed a manger to return the item and to come back in the morning. Came back the next as told and was told by the manager she couldn't refund me the money because she didn't have cash and couldn't do store credit or refund the card. She said to come back later. I have a flight in an hour and it's 100% not my fault Metro has shitty management and managers that I can't do a simple return.

Horrible service. I don't speak Spanish so he served people that came in after I did. When he did help me he told me to turn my phone off then on and wait an hour problem should fix itself. I'd done all that. Then he said he's closing soon I should go to keystone store. It was 4 pm . Don't like this place at all

Andrea was very rude unprofessional and very informative. After she tried to tell me the phone I am buying is one of the newer ones, She tried to sell me a phone that was not 5g and told me that all sales are final. She charged me first and told me the phone she was selling me was only 4g as she was setting it up to my account. I told her 4g will not work at my home. She would not return phone or give me any info regarding store manager. Escalated to corporate metro PCS.
