I went here on Oct 1 to return a hot spot and was told they needed a manger to return the item and to come back in the morning. Came back the next as told and was told by the manager she couldn't refund me the money because she didn't have cash and couldn't do store credit or refund the card. She said to come back later. I have a flight in an hour and it's 100% not my fault Metro has shitty management and managers that I can't do a simple return.

Horrible service. I don't speak Spanish so he served people that came in after I did. When he did help me he told me to turn my phone off then on and wait an hour problem should fix itself. I'd done all that. Then he said he's closing soon I should go to keystone store. It was 4 pm . Don't like this place at all

Andrea was very rude unprofessional and very informative. After she tried to tell me the phone I am buying is one of the newer ones, She tried to sell me a phone that was not 5g and told me that all sales are final. She charged me first and told me the phone she was selling me was only 4g as she was setting it up to my account. I told her 4g will not work at my home. She would not return phone or give me any info regarding store manager. Escalated to corporate metro PCS.

Employee tried to tell me the Pixel 6 I bought unlocked from Google was not unlocked and could not use there network. When it was running a T Moble Sim card and has run AT&T Sims as well. Not much tec savy there. Perhaps some training would help.

First I will start by saying every encounter is subjective in nature and you could have a more pleasant experience than me.. but let's just focus on the objective issues with my experience.Metro pcs has a clearly stated return policy that refunds/returns are only eligible for new activations and new lines both of which my situation qualifies. I am within the appropriate window and there should be no hassle getting a return..I entered the business today to attempt my return and now after dealing with the police who said they are used to this type of thing at this location I am waiting on corporate to handle my problem.The part of English they did understand *which was very offensive for me to mention* meant to them that I was the only customer who wasn't allowed a return. So they called the police on me. Unfortunately this is a civil matter so not much the cops could do. I hope if you decide to patronize this location you do so with the understanding that they don't honor their own policies and instead of customer service you are more likely to get the police .called on you so they can rip you off

I from out of town I brokey phone so I bought a new phone from this store brought it back less than 12 hours later because it was not what the sells person said it was they told me no returns all sells are finale!!! But on the receipt it said I had 14 days to return the device they even refused to talk to metro PCs customer service

Was refered to this location by keystone while the "internet was down" at keystone the rep jamie was leas than eager to assist refused to call the dsg (incase you encounter a issue with refund its via dsg) refered me to a store that wasnt open due to "down internet" as his gm instructed refused to issue his rep id while i was on the line with customer service who was filing a complaint on both Silverada and keystone his voice became shaky and he then demanded i leave the store lol customer service indeed
