Well once again the youth of America has no idea on how to treat customers on the phone. Do they not realize that this is how they get paid by their customers and when you treat your customers like they're a piece of dirt you're not gonna have a job you're not gonna have a company there to work for, so you young people and your staff there that doesn't hire enough people to handle the customers in the store on the phone. It's pathetic. America is falling apart and so is Michael's giving you a one star for your service. Good luck.

Misleading advertising and unhelpful staff.This Michael's is always understaffed and their advertised deals don't go into effect into the following week as per their policy. When I asked the staff where my buy one get one free deal was, she informed me of the one week ahead policy, which isn't her fault, but a stupid policy. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience or say goodbye as I left the store. She literally didn't care. It reminded me why I never come to this Michael's

I have been shopping at this specific location for years. All of my craft needs, even when I know I can get it cheaper elsewhere, I still go here. Tonight we cut it pretty close to closing but I was in desperate need of just a few pieces of colored card stock. When we walked in the store, we were told by the cashier they would be closing in about 15 mins and "no rush." This is to be expected, the cashier informing you on your way in that they close soon. She was sweet! Like I said I've been shopping here for years and I'm more than familiar with the place. Knew exactly what I needed and where it would be. But all of the individual card stocks were all jumbled up and in the wrong places so I had to take the time searching for the colors I needed. Five different times (two or three times by the same person) we were approached and told "we're closing in ____ mins." How many times do you need to approach the same PAYING CUSTOMERS to rush them? I would have been in and out had their shelves been organized and things been in the right spots. The fifth time I just put my stuff down and left because of how rude they were. It wasn't a friendly reminder like the cashier in the beginning, it was rude and aggressive tones. I understand they worked a full shift and are ready to go home, but if the store is still open customers should still be allowed in. If you wanted to go home at 8:50, your business hours should close at 8:50. They were so rude about it. Won't be coming back.

Decided to stop and browse for the artificial succulents..So happy to see they did have a small variety..Kind of expensive and not on sale...As I walked passed the summer floral decor.. there were a few colorful ones that caught my attention..plus 50%off....Picked up a few and some sewing needles and buttons..Glad I stopped!

Ordered a custom frame for a painting. Unfortunately I was told I couldn't use my coupon which was a bummer. It turned out beautiful nonetheless Worth every penny!

Drove all the way over here wasting my time and gas only to find out that this place closed at 4 today for whatever reason when they're supposed to be open. I'm watching person after person walk up to the front door while i'm writing this review, only to read the same sign I read and walk back to their car in disappointment.

Quality/Quantity - Good, we get all our arts and craft stuff from Michaels.Actually, we also try to get our picture frame services here.They have a good selection.Also weekly ads & coupons, see website.Atmosphere - Good size and selection.Plenty of mall parking.Open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm, Sundays from 10am to 7pm.Service - Good, but today was self service.They now have 4 self service checkouts, so convenient.Also curbside pick-up, an inside pick-up for online orders. See pictures.Same day delivery, see website.Loyalty program.FYI - You need to update on Yelp your "From the Business;" Fall and Halloween is over.Price - Depends on what you buy, but expect it to be above average prices.The cost of convenience.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973 with your 1252+ locations.

Ordered the cordless mini glue gun through Instacart and shopper said the sales associate said the item was a seasonal item and no cordless glue guns are available. TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITES if you want to keep people shopping there!!!

Michaels has it all! I love how easy it is to order online and pick up in the store - but curbside is safer for me because when I go into the store, I buy everything!! I am not necessarily the craftiest person but I get lots of useful and decorative things there, like fun doormats for great prices, picture frames (for a while there were some that were buy one get one free!), wreaths, candles, baskets, throw pillows, artificial plants (my cat is a real plant killer), great planters and pots, and so much more. What I'm saying is - you don't need to be crafty to love Michaels. Especially if you love bright colors. I hae gotten crafty items there too, and Christmas ornaments (they have some really fun and pretty ones!!) and I stocked up on fun wrapping paper after Christmas because it was on super sale. It's never too crowded in the store and everyone wears masks and there is plexiglass up at the registers. They have great sales all the time and if you join the Rewards program, you get cash back vouchers - I have found them to add up pretty quickly! The customer service is also excellent, for the most part. The people who work there are mostly friendly and helpful, even when I've had a complicated return or run in just before closing to pick up a giant online order including furniture (I know, jerk move). The nice worker person even grabbed a cart and helped me take stuff out to my car and load it! If I were her, I would have been cursing me but she was nothing but nice. I am not going to say every person I have encountered working there is 100% nice and helpful but even the ones who don't seem thrilled to be there have promptly helped me with what I need.
