I was having a great experience right up until it came to checkout. I did the self checkout, there weren’t many customers in the checkout. Albeit I should have realized that the long pole attached to the cart was to stop it from coming out but I didn’t. As I was trying to leave I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t. There was a tall blonde cashier close to the door and she snears at me that the carts don’t go outside. Her and the customer she was helping laugh at me. Again I realize that I should have noticed but it was already embarrassing enough let alone to be laughed at by an employee. There were barely any bags at the self checkout and no large bags so I had to figure out how to carry everything in my arms. She didn’t ask if I needed any help or if I needed any bags she just looked at me and then walked away to the back room. Terrible experience and I hope no one else has to go through this.
If you have social anxiety save yourself and shop at the Sparks location. The employees have always been respectful and helpful there.

Rude customer service:
I wasn't sure if I wanted to leave this review, but after going back and forth for the last few days, I decided I needed to.
I came here on the night of Saturday, January 4th and while walking through the yarn section, the pole on my shopping cart knocked into a cardboard box that was hanging over the edge on a top shelf. The box was so far over the edge of the shelf that the pole knocking into it caused it to fall and it landed on my head. Luckily the only thing inside the box was a single skein of yarn so at least it wasn't anything heavy that could have caused damage, so at least I wasn't injured.
My husband took the box to the nearest employee to let them know what happened, and so that they could put the box more securely on the shelf.
This is the impetus for the review. The fact that the employee seemed more annoyed that a customer was speaking to her, didn't even offer an apology, and was just generally rude during the whole exchange.

Employees are rude. Store is dirty. Nobody is willing to offer help on the phone or in store. Save yourself a headache and go to the Sparks one which has employees who are actually willing to be helpful and not downright nasty.
