I went in to get to get a quote on a vehicle them 2 ladies that work there where lazy, didn’t approach my wife and I, they where to busy conversation was about a dog with each other rude and no customer service and nappy hair and dressed not professional

Bought a Nissan pathfinder. Waited a long time for my title, too. Not even 2 weeks after having it, the ac commpresser went out. Called to see what they would do to take care of it. He told me no because it's not an engine problem, so he sent me to a mechanic he works with to fix it. Almost $700. Then, shorty after the transmission started having issues. Now, after spending $12,000 on the car, and paying $700 to fix something that's not my fault, not including resistation and what nots, I now have a non running vehicle.

Bought a 2005 Yukon Denali from Eric in Oct. 2021. Paid in full but still do not have the title. Keep getting the run around about why I have not received my title.( it should be there within 10 days, or we sent it to DMV) Have been told numerous times that I will call you back tomorrow or my secretary will call you back tomorrow. Which rarely seems to happen. Did a title search & found out that he did not do anything about the title until 3/2022 (5 months after the sale)& yet I still don't have it.Asked him to buy vehicle back seeing as you cannot supply me with a title. Which has cost me the loss of a private party sale NV law says it should have been sent in 30 days & we have been more than patient. His reply today was"Oh well ! do what you have to do" So that is exactly what is going to happen contacting NV attorney general , BBB , DMV , & dept. of consumer affairs,,Will be filing in civil court also . You breached the contract not me , vehicle was paid for in full before it left the lot.

Bought a truck it blew up had to pay to have it towed to the car lot. Eric the owner told us meet him there at 10am the next day. He never showed told us come back at 430pm never showed and wont answer the phone. Not good business plus a waste of a whole day cuz he still hasn't called back.

This is a place that is blessed by The Most High to prosper from what I can discern so far. Please come get yourself a reliable vehicle here and work with Santiago. You won't be disappointed! This is not the stereotypical dishonest used car salesman in my opinion but instead people who are running an honest, profitable business. Thank you to all the mechanics FIRST lol, to Santiago, and the nice ladies in the office. You are appreciated! Also, they have only been at this location two years so any reviews prior to approx 2017ish (?) aren't associated with these owners.

Had it in twice to fix heater that still doesn't work. Radio was just put in not hooked up the the antenna or speaker wires. But hey at least it was a brand new radio

Owner was extremely rude, I tried to get some assistance but he was too busy on his video game. Very unprofessional, doesn't know how to run a business.
