I kept my belongings here for about a month during a move in 2016. I was going to and from my unit regularly. Somehow, between my visits, someone picked my lock and stole a bunch of things from me. My entire Breyer Horse collection, which I started when I was 5, has been a particularly difficult loss to deal with, which is why I am just now posting this. I should have left a review right away but it has taken me a long time to process the extreme sense of violation I experienced. The staff were completely unhelpful, and I genuinely believe it was some type of inside job that the staff helped to facilitate. I would never ever recommend this place and I strongly encourage people to never ever store their things here.

Most affordable storage in town, without sacrificing any quality. If you need storage in Reno, do not waste your time anywhere else. Move-in and move-out were both seamless. Jamika in particular was very friendly and helpful. Overall, very convenient, secure, and reasonably priced!

Sold my unit without notice. The management promised me they would hold the unit and the day I call to make payment the unit was sold. Terrible communication and an unfortunate reflection of our town.

I've been at Moana Mini Storage since 2013 and I have not had any problems or issues. The prices on units are very affordable! Repeat very affordable! Staff has always been very helpful and kind. They have a forklift for customers to use during business hours and now Online pay! I will continue to have my belongings stored her for many more years to come :)

I've been a customer since 2014 and had no issues at all. The prices are the best in town, very affordable. Gates open 7 days a week. 6am-8p. The staff at Moana has always been kind and professional. I will continue to stay with this storage facility for many more years to come.

Place is hard to navigate through with a trailer and the facility is very old looking. When I went there all I saw was tweakers going nowhere fast.

After kicking me out of the unit I rented for well over 4 years, they waited over a year to send me a late rent bill for a year of non rent payment. Why would I pay rent on a storage locker I had been kicked out of? It's a great place to store stuff until you get on the "badside" of the angry owner. who doesn't like bad reviews. Apparently, because I didn't have problems untill I wrote a statement that told about the poorly lite stairwells...then I was warned, semi threatened to find a new place to store my stuff and eventually kicked out.

I really appreciate the workers at Security Public storage. The staff has beeen very helpful since I moved from Vegas. The storage units are clean with good security. The place pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend Security Public storage to anyone looking for a safe, secure, and good priced storage unit.
