It was amazing to me that I had to go to Reno, Nevada to fill in need in Sacramento California for a cargo container. your competition down here doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls.

Every step of the process was great from Lorie helping us making our choice too the delivery driver Steve doing everything he could and setting it right where I wanted. He even got it placed on piers I had set making it real easy to get leveled

Steve was an absolutely incredible driver and handler of their service. You never know what you’re going to get with a truck driver and Steve was the standard. Laurie was wonderful to deal with on the back end as well, helpful, quick and accommodating.

Got. gouged on upcharges on final bill for sitting time because of their miscomuication skills . They e-mail you quickly for payment , but dont answer your e-mails or phone when you need them , would never use them for anything again.They should really consider getting into a different business,that they might be a little more suited for !

We experienced an electrical fire with our solar system that was installed inside a container previously purchased from Modern Storage. The fire destroyed the solar system yet was completely contained by the container. Even the fire department was impressed by the container. I called Modern Storage, and Darren came out right away and provided a quick solution for getting a replacement container. I felt more like a friend was there and helping out as opposed to just being a customer. I can't say enough about the awesome support Lori and Darren provided. Thank you, Darren & Lori and Modern Storage.

Lori and sales is very easy to work with. Get things done in a timely manner and keeps you up to date. The person that delivers the containers is very polite and easy to work with. I was kind of nervous about having things all ready for him, and he helped me with the process and of placing the container the way I wanted it. Very easy.
