I don’t recommend 6molte we thought they had beg bugs Because they had dead bugs everywhere on the floor and bed some where alive so we asked for another room and it look the same so we just ask if we could stick to the one we had and the lady got offended and and was mad had an attitude and said we’re kicked out I still can’t believe they had dead bugs everywhere!!!

The rooms were dirty when you walked in the floor looked like it need to be mopped again. The bathroom you could see dirt and dust everywhere. There was no mini fridge or ice machine the beds had white blankets so dirt showed everywhere the hotel itself looks like it has long-term residents that aren’t the friendliest in the area is just kind of sketchy in general we woke up the next day to having a flat tire in the business wouldn’t offer a receipt and they charged us the minute we checked in of $169 for one night.

We recently stayed at this Motel 6 on our July road trip. We booked day-of, so didn't have that many options. Neighborhood was sketchy. Pool was closed and green. The sidewalks outside of the hotel were sticky, disgusting messes. They could do a lot to improve the appearance of the hotel just by power washing the sidewalks. We found cigarette ash on the bathroom counter of our non-smoking room and an EKG sticker in the bathroom. The hotel clerk was very apologetic and was willing to change the rooms, but we were already unpacked and given the liquor bottles scattered around the property, I didn't have high hopes for any other rooms, plus he didn't have any more 2 rooms with 2 beds. Other than that, the rooms were generally big enough and the beds were clean.

The stay was horrible. The staff was rude. She was ameture one. We did not have toilet paper or even shower curtains. She refused and threatened us that she will call the cops and check out us if we bother her again. She should have been polite and understandable. I can understand it was a long weekend so the motel might be too busy but it is not the way she should address the guests. Later other staff was helpful and tried to address all the issues which we help. Shootout to the handyman, he was super helpful and polite but the lady at the front desk was very rude. Asking management to at least have and maintain good staff.

Checked into our rooms. One room had a beeping smoke alarm (battery dying) and the other had a toilet that had not been cleaned or even flushed! Housekeeping definitely dropped the ball. Got a refund and went to Circus Circus!

Room 151 - No TV in room - Had requested Microwave & Fridge on reservation - Both not available when checked in - Reserved 2 Queen beds - was given a double bed instead - Window curtain hung with wires - Only had (1) towel for (2) people -Front desk insisted that room 240, which we were originally assigned was on the ground floor - of course its on the second floor - Spouse mobility impaired - Night Desk is oblivious to motel layout and activities happening on the property - A Welfare / Section 8 property -

Terrible experience stayed there for the 4th of july 2022 and the man at the front desk didnt give me a parking pass for my car and it got towed . Called next day for a refund they said they cant do nothing about it when CLEARLY there is evidence the man didnt give nothing for my car to not be towed and they called the towing knowing we payed to stay there . I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING . Terrible service

After checking in and paying in person I told them I'd be back early morning. I went to room and there were no washcloths or hand towels, only two bathtowels. When I can back early the next morning they had rented my room out to someone else without bothering to tell me. When I asked the manager, who refused to give her name, what was going on she said someone at the motel canceled it. She had no explanation as to why nor did she offer me another room or even apologize. When I asked who owned the place she would only tell me "Someone in England. I don't know."Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

I liked the location and decent rate, although it was still too high for what you get. Resin, sticky stuff, and hairs on counters along with sheets that may or may not have been washed due to all the excess lent that was present. Questionable characters hanging around and in hotel.

Very poor management. We had room 62 on the paper, the keys were for room 82. A lady was complaining about the same issue. We finally get in the room cigarettes all over, not cleaned, trash not thrown, beds not changed. IF YOU’RE DECENT PEOPLE, DONOT STAY HERE. Trust me we got way better hotel in only 10bucks more around the same area.Added: We didn’t stay at this hotel!! How could we?

so i booked online the night before i was supposed to be there. i ended up reading the reviews & got too scared to stay considering someone's room was broken in to as well as the bad customer service reviews.... when i called they had no record of me booking online the night before when i had my confirmation number & the email. no record of me at all. obviously wasn't a problem since i didn't stay but if you usually book online... don't here...... they won't have it & wont help you find it to make sure you won't be charged since you did in fact get the confirmation. good luck!
