I switched from Spectrum to Net NV for 2 of my condos and couldn't be happier. The installation was super fast, the speeds are excellent and I'm saving money. Buy local and ditch the big internet companies. I highly recommend NV Net.

We’ve been happy NetNV customers for over 2 years. Great service and customer service is always excellent. We have had little to no issues with our internet. Any questions or concerns we’ve had have been addressed promptly with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend NetNV!

Net NV sold me their product and charged me $100 to install their equipment. They provided service for four months and then informed me they would no longer provide service and wanted their equipment back. I asked for a refund for the installation and they said no! After they removed the equipment and discontinued service they charged me for another month of service. After I complained they said they would refund the money. Three weeks and still waiting for the refund.They must write their own google reviews to get five stars.After my initial post they stepped up and took care of things. So I upped them to three stars.

I can’t recommend Net NV enough! They recently installed internet at our commercial stable. Every person I’ve dealt with has been more than accommodating, kind and friendly! Amazing customer service and a great company!

I've only just begun to use their service, but so far, so good! The most impressive factor, though, was the dedication displayed during installation.Matthew came over for what should have been a quick and easy installation, but thanks to Dish's lousy wiring work, he was in for an all-day ordeal. Over the course of over six hours, several trips into my blazing hot attic, and a truck full of tools, he managed to work a miracle. He had to traipse over rafters that were obscured by loose insulation, squeeze through tight spaces, reach across space to grab a cable while squeezing, and thread a cable through a hole several feet down with no line of sight, all in a poorly ventilated attic. At that point, why not throw in a brain engineering and rocket surgery, right? Do we get dinner with this show? What does he do for an encore?If Matthew's stellar work ethic and competence are any indicator, NetNV is made of great people that don't just take your money; they earn your commerce.

I've used this type of internet in the past when I lived in an area that didn't get great service from the "big guys", so I was really excited to see that Carson City had this option. The reviews for Net NV were the best and there is definitely a reason for that!Mike and Cody were the guys who came and did our install. They were super considerate of not getting the house dirty (luckily it was already a post-move out disaster, so it didn't matter, but I really appreciated it!), polite and easy to talk to. They worked with me to figure out the best place to put the receiver and even gave me a crash course on our data setup in the house since we didn't exactly know what the last homeowner did. I ended up buying a switch on their advice so that we could route the internet to multiple rooms.All in all, 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone moving to the area. Best of all, the internet is super fast and I'm so relieved that I'm going to be able to work remotely with zero issues. Thank you guys!

Net NV is the best internet in town. It’s also a local business which makes it that much better. They were professional and their service is number 1. Couldn’t recommend a better internet provider in Reno.

After 5 different providers and 16 years of dealing with slow speed and connections that were down more than they were up, I found NET NV.From the first contact I knew this was a company with people who truly care about their customers and strive to provide the best service possible. Everyone I've talked to has been knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with.Each time I called I talked to a real person, or when I left a message, within a very short time, I always got a call back. What a difference from the “so-called service” I received from the other 5 providers who seldom answered the phone and never returned calls.The day my new service was to be hooked up Kyle came out - arrived on time – then got me up and running in no time. He even checked to make sure my speed was where it was supposed to be before he left. I now have the speed I should have with no loss of connection!Living in a rural area I highly recommend NET NV anywhere they provide service.If you want an ISP with service you can depend on you won't be sorry! My experience with NET NV, my new forever ISP, has been awesome!

Love any opportunity to support a Reno-local ISP and the Net NV team so far has been a pleasure to work with. They're smart, super helpful, and a offer level of customer service well beyond what Spectrum & AT&T provide. Speeds and latency have been rock solid and I love having a beyond average upload. Contacted Net NV for internet as I was just moving into a rental. My move in date was shifted several times and the landlord required no roof penetrations on the mounting. The team from Net NV worked with me on each issue, always polite, helpful and professional. They found a surface mount antenna that met the needs of the landlord and has proven to be very stable in 49+ mph winds. Internet connection has been stable and F A S T!If there were a 6th star I would give it to them.
