Plenty of size choices, clean units, easy to work with when switching units, friendly staff, decent prices. This was a pleasant experience and that's what you want when moving your life, definitely recommend them.

I’d give a zero star if I could. You pay, overpriced, for them to not clear the snow but rather let it sit and turn to ice. Dare to complain and you have to put up with their snotty attitude. I’ll be looking for a better place. No need to suffer their poor attitude.

Great-sized spots and reasonable prices. Customer service was great during the reservation process and beyond. Booked RV storage for a month to fly home for the holidays while on a big road trip out west but unexpectedly had to change my plans and drive home and cancel my booking and Amy was incredibly kind and easygoing about it. Highly recommend North Valley Self Storage as they are helpful and understand if plans change.
