Dunking for ?... Northwest Pool knows how to help families have a great experience for a very great price. $10 kiddos included a pumpkin a spot to decorate it. With plenty of supplies and a variety too. Face painting and a couple more games. The kids can stay and swim. The staff was AWESOME. Great event. I hope they do it again next year!

Nice older neighborhood indoor pool. Very loud when the students/kids are yelling/screaming like the lifeguard trainees were doing today. Decks and lockers are clean. Water quality was good

I am a senior citizen. Swimming is my top tier form of exercise. After a lengthy search, Northwest pool by all the pictures and comments I have heard is the place I want to go, and the price is right. Will rate a 4 for now, see Northwest soon.

The pool is great - we do lap swimming and the staff is helpful and friendly. My issues are: the suit ringer in the men's locker room has been broken for 6 weeks, there's been a shower head missing in the men's locker room for one month and the 15 tall lockers in the men's room have dirt or mold in the bottom corners and it has been that way for over a year.

Great pool to swim in. I didn't go during the winter months but the website says open most of the time. Year round pass is great as it includes other facilities. This doesn't have a gym but Evelyn mount facility does. But compared to that this pool is bigger with a deep end. Water is not over heated so your swim will be very relaxing even after you have a long work out. Locker room is medium with enough showers for a non crowded day. I only lap swim so I can't say how bad it can get during open swim hours. Lifeguards are on duty round the clock during business hours. I've encountered a pool shut down once due to 'cloudy water' since I started using the facility this year. No complaints with this pool for me so far.

Awesome place to swim. Nice warm water and heated building. Great prices, 4.50 kids, 6.50 adults, bring your own towels. Bring goggles, chlorine is strong.

Went to their open swim night and definitely not worth it. Their open swim rules are very vague and unfair. Those who are going for open swim are only allowed in the childrens pool which has a max depth of 3 or 3 1/2 feet. The main pool is off limits to anyone not part of the swim teams/club. Me and my oldest son went into the big pool and were told to get out if we weren't part of the swim team or club. This was not told to us upon paying and needless to say we will not be returning. This may not be every time they have an open swim night but the employee made it sound as though the swim teams constantly rent out the large pool. So why even call it open swim at that point.

I don't recommended the water babies class in winter. The toddler pool is so cold my 2 year old chatters the entire time. Then, you get out of the pool, the locker rooms are super cold. So you go from cold to colder. If you want to rinse off, I hope you like scalding hot water! It literally leaves my son and my skin bright red. He won't even let me rinse him off because it is too hot. I can't even handle how hot the water is and I'm grown. No one is able to handle the showers so they aren't used.I don't know what they're thinking with the extreme temperature changes. Especially with babies and toddlers. Our instructor is great the facility is clean enough and staff is friendly. That's what brings my review up to a 3. My complaint comes with the temperature swings and discomfort.

Great pool for working out on a budget or if the gym is not for you. Decent schedule for lap swim. Clean, nice temp, locker rooms have all the basics. People are friendly but not super in your business. I’m a hardcore introvert and I’m recovering from some leg injuries, so this place works very nicely. Off peak times are superior, but it’s never so busy you can’t have a good workout. The guards on deck are accommodating and well trained.I only give 4 stars because sometimes the lifeguards working the desk leave a little to be desired in terms of customer service, but not even all of them, and once you get into the groove of checking in you don’t need any help from them usually except to pay.
