So I have been a customer at Northwest storage between Airport Road and Salisbury in Temple Texas and I mean I haven't had any issues thus far. No problems with rodents or Vermin or break-ins or you know anything like that I have noticed people staying there at night however between Mark and Pamela they seem to have put a stop to that immediately. I have got to see two sides to mark who is the manager, he's not a bad guy he's just doing his job and I understand that I was late considerably although out of my control at the time in fact of the matter is is that I was late so an auction was about to take place. And Mark is dressing up like Santa Claus for Christmas tomorrow so the kids can come sit on his lap and take pictures and whatnot. I would have never guessed him to do such a thing, however, looks can be deceiving he may drive a hard bargain but underneath all that tough exterior he's a pretty nice guy even waving my late fee. I would highly suggest Northwest storage facility the only thing I can say is just pay your rent on time and if you can't at least call them or email them and let them know when you can pay it Mark and Pamela are very understanding and I appreciate them being so kind. I've never had my rent increase or anything like the reviews have said I haven't had any of those problems thank God so until I do I'm going to keep giving good reviews just like this one, I would like to also say that Mark and Pamela have been extremely extremely kind and are very good listeners. And they are willing to listen to anybody you know they'll ask you how you're doing and how you have been. thank you and God bless you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

I utilize Northwest Storage as a place to store my belongings. I never have issues because of the management that runs the place. Jeff and Collette are nothing but professional and make sure I have a great experience. If you are in the Roseburg area and need storage go see Jeff.
