Professional and courteous help at the business center, and knowledgeable and willing associates in the retail area. It’s wonderful to experience that kind of help when shopping, unlike the no help in sight at the big box stores.

This Office Depot is the top store in Reno. The staff are so extremely friendly and when you come in, there's always a smiling face saying how can I help you find something. And unlike other stores, they will actually take you to where you can find the item that you came in for. That is exceptional.

I have retired and and older and need to depend upon my computer for contact regarding purchasing, service and financial involvement. Having a live and knowledgeable person that can help when the computer doesn't function was a life saver as I am sad to say has become almost impossible to shop, pay bills or function daily without such a device. Having capable service personnel who can communicate with a person intelligently, certainly makes life more satisfying.
