The clothes here are affordable but not sturdy I have purchase tank tops in the past and the hems came undone. Things were overall organized despite it being December. I was disappointed that there was not a better selection of pajama pants.

I had so much fun in Old Navy today!! They had some cute stuff and great sandals/business casual shoes for the summer... ON SALE!! Below $10 type sale! That is my kind of shopping. Quality for a great price. The reps were very kind, professional and helpful. What more can you ask in a shopping experience. The store was clean and organized. I love Old Navy, so not much negative to say ever. It's consistently been a cool store. With great options for an entire family.

I have not been a customer since my daughter was very young. Quality/Quantity - We used to shop here often for my daughter in grade school. Inexpensive prices. Since kids grow up so fast, we were fine with the "quality" of this brand. Then I decided to buy a few things for myself. Well, I am not okay with the quality of this brand. It felt disposable. After one wash, the quality was so bad that I had to throw it away. After a few tries, I gave up. So today I realized I left my flip flops in CA and wanted a "disposable" pair. So I came here because I did not want to spend another $50-100 on a second pair. Now of course they did not have any for men today, plenty for women though. I know it's not in season yet. Atmosphere - Decent size location. Not as organized as I would have preferred. And it felt like I was at a Ross or Marshalls...? Random clothing throughout. etc. This is not how I remember the brand? Service - No employees on the sales floor, if you want help, you have to go up to the register and ask. Price - Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Owner Comment - Congrats on The Gap's success since 1969 (Parent company). Congrats to Old Navy success since 1994. Old Navy was established originally as The Gap Warehouse brand. Congrats on Athleta success since 1998; Gap acquired Athleta in 2008 and opened the first brick and mortar store in 2011.

I like coming to this Old Navy as they have good sales and a broader selection of kids clothes for a reasonable price than most retail stores. The clothes hold up pretty well. The customer service is great but sadly understaffed
