This location used to have great customer service. I've been a long time customer to this location. I stopped in for windshield wiper blades. The employee working there he looked like he was pissed off with the world. He looked like he didn't care about his job. He pretended like I wasn't there and took a long personal call. After his call he asked what help I needed. I inquired about needing new windshield wiper blades. Being the only customer in the store. He told me it would be another 20 mins before he could help me. I think he purposely didn't want or care to help.
I ended up going to another local O'Reilly's location that honestly cares about their customers. I left them a 5 star review.

Went in there to buy screws for my license plates for 3 different cars. Was politely greeted by James, who patiently showed me all of the different options. I had no idea that these things came in so many sizes and shapes. He assured me that I could always return the part in the event of it mis-fitting the holes on the bumpers. Very good service and decent prices.

Stopped to get a tail light bulb and Will was extremely helpful, courteous and very professional.
He changed the bulb for me and then helped me check my fuses.
I wish more people were as helpful and as nice as Will. We definitely need more people like Will and a great asset to your great company.
Always like the keystone store.
