I trust O'Reilly's for all my basic car needs. There always spot on for proper parts replacement. It's a rare occasion, I have to go back for an exchange. Nobody is perfect. It's important to know the exact model of your vehicle going in. As long as they get the right info, you will get the right part. Be sure to ask for military discount, if you're a veteran! Every penny helps.

There was a young man there, Julian, came out to check if my tire chains were correct help me notice the manufacturing defect, and got me replacement chains. Both young gentleman working were very nice, and quick to help me with whatever I needed. Above and beyond.

Julian at the South Virginia store in Reno was such a great help. He helped me find the exact battery I needed for a key fob and helped me install it. He even tested it afterwards to make sure it was working. All this on a Sunday morning. Thanks so much, Julian.

I've purchased many parts here when I need to do minor car repairs. The staff is always friendly and helps every customer that comes through the doors. If they don't have the part in the store, they get it really fast. Not the cheapest prices, can go to Walmart next door and get the same stuff a lot cheaper for maintenance items like air filters and oil filters. Other items Walmart doesn't have, O'Reilly has or can get. Store is always clean and well organized.

Came in last night to buy a battery where an employee by the name of AZ told me that it takes them 3 hours to change a battery in a car. He's either lying so he wouldn't have to do it or it's management not training their employees to do their job in an efficient manner. Either way, it's unacceptable to have employees work at an auto store and not know anything about cars. I recommend AutoZone over O'Reilly Auto Parts should you need to replace your car battery which has experienced staff who will install the new battery in 15 mins instead of 3 hours by incompetent staff for FREE.

Always very polite n helpful employees. Don't think any automotive parts r less $$$ than anywhere else, but they were the only 1s who had what I wanted
