Went in today to buy wiper blades. Ask to have them installed. I was greeted immediately at the door by a very friendly lady. She searched for my parts and brought me two options. After selecting the blades I wanted she went outside and started to install them. She did some difficulty but found a man inside who was able to help. Overall the experience was easy and quick. I certainly would use this business again.

Vincent has EXCELLENT customer service skills. When we went to O’Reilly’s (on W. 7th Street) to purchase a battery for my Subaru Vincent greeted us with a friendly smile. The first thing he did was test my battery. Then he continued to help me choose a battery and the items necessary for installation. Vincent went above and beyond to install my battery. My old battery was corroded and took some work to remove it and replace with a new one. I appreciate his help and kindness.

I was on a road trip and had a turn signal smashed by a metal nut. Amanda at this location helped me get back on the road, and was super helpful.

First time in this location and it was great. The folks behind the counter were super knowledgeable and friendly. They had everything we needed for our new truck and more, their accessories aisle actually has stuff that's cheaper than Amazon, even the floor mats! They also had good music playing, might have been a local rock station, not sure. Shout out to the woman with the magical looking hair - she saw we looked lost and immediately came to our rescue, she was fantastic. :) I plan to come here instead of Amazon for our future truck needs. ?

I was going out of town and had checked my oil. I second guessed myself and thought maybe I needed a quart. I went to my local O'Reilly and asked one of the employees if he would check my oil to see if I needed any. He was friendly and nice and had no problem helping me out. It turned out I didn't need any oil and I was just paranoid. Then he gave me a tip on how to better read my dipstick.

The staff at this O'Reilly's really goes above and beyond to be helpful. My alternator went out, they tested it, made mechanic recommendations, charged my battery avoiding a tow, and sold me the parts. Really awesome people.
