Went in for a check engine light scan. The employee was fast, friendly, and helpful. Found the problem, provided some short and long term solutions and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Great service!

Wanted to get my alternator tested
Machine said it was fine (it wasnt) and I asked to check stock on the alternators they had and this guy blew me off and told me to go to my mechanic
Kid on the machine acted like he couldnt care less about his job.
I later went to an Autozone and used their machine and they found out my alternator was bad
Get some people who care about their job

I needed a battery installed today but was told they couldn’t do it. I had bought some daytime running lights bulb there a few months ago but was in a different vehicle. One of the employees there said to bring it back so today I did bring it back to O’ Oreilleys to have the light bulb changed out and get a new car battery but the employee there was unable to do either. I’m not impressed with the customer service I received and will take my business elsewhere. I’m a 65 year old woman who just needed simple things done.

The kids working there could care less about customers. I understand there high-school kids but absolutely terrible service. Everytime atleast 10x in a row.

I purchased a pack of headlights and I couldn’t get them installed. I assumed I had been sold the wrong part.
You know what happens when you assume.
Kyle helped me install the headlights and get on with my day. He was kind and professional, thanks again Kyle. Easton, who originally sold me the part, was also awesome!

2/5/2024- Very grateful to have an auto parts store nearby. For the life of me, could not get one of the terminals off.. Took the battery in and also had them see if it was dead.. Staff so helpful! Battery completely dead- Happy to get new terminals for free! Received a $10 credit for the dead battery! Left with new terminals and .27 cents! A great day!
