They messed up on my order the girl with fake eyes and lashes was so rued at the drive thru she kept rushing me there was no cars behind me I ordered 3 items only got 2 had to go back thur drive thru told her she did not get my order right she did not apologize and basically tossed the rest of my order to me then closed the window on me. For this reason I will not support this establishment and will give my business to the Panda facility on Kietzke Lane they don’t have attitudes and they do appreciate their customers Panda on South Meadows maybe consider getting people who have people skills without such arrogance. and attitude that they are just all that.. .yeh good luck with that. Leadership this is allowed because of you not a good reflection on you for allowing this to go on

I don't like this location. Could it be my medication? Maybe but service made me wait then to pay made me wait again.. Orange chicken to hard Then ice tea Only option is some flower tea ..WHAT? Not the end of the world but sure feels like it. God help us all .

I got a pick up order which was 3 plates, the bottom of my entrees were filled with rice and then the entree on top seems like they just didn’t want to fill the entree spot with entrees :///

I sent a Family Feast order online while I was in the restaurant. I did that to get the $5.00 discount. Ordered 2 premium entrees, 1 regular, and 2 sides. Supposed to take 20 minutes because I ordered it online. No problem. They set up 3 out of 5 items immediately in to go containers in front of the hot tables in front of everyone ordering food. 7 minutes later they added the Angus beef and another 7 minutes for the honey walnut shrimp. By that time, everything wasn't fresh. Super disappointed.

Food was good. However i can agree with previous posts of not recieving food ordered and them inflating prices at there discression. I have also noticed if you don't round your change you get a largly reduced amount of food and often a missed or incorrect order.Picture below is a 14$ bigger plate." I have frequently received less as well occions I get 3 chicken pieces and 3 broccoli pieces for my bigger plate.There is really something off at this location. Very upsetting.

One of the better fast food restaurants in all of Reno. They are always friendly and fast. The prices are still affordable in comparison to everywhere else. We got two complete meals with extra sides (egg roll and crab puffs) for less than $30. Highly recommend if you want good food fast and cheap.

been here 2x, order was wrong, missing items... probably won't be a 3rd time speedy delivery, maybe they should take a little more time and get things right

This location is ideal for me but today they almost lost a customer, me. I keep my receipts with my gift cards just in case and today I was told my card " had no money on it..." How many times did that work on customers today? Fortunately I had my receipt to prove funds existed. Food was as expected, since I went through drive thru, my car was great :). Moral of this story- keep your gift card receipt.

Just do yourself a favor and don't come here. They never get my order right. They always forget an item or 2. The employees at the drive thru are rude and their customer service sucks! This is my last time coming to this location.

I made an online order at the wrong Panda Express. Miguel asked the right questions to her manager (idk who she is) but miguel tried to get my order to the right location but seemed that was impossible. But they did refund me. Thank you Miguel for your help!
