i had the most frustrating experience with pandora.on boxing day, i ordered a ring that was on sale. i purchased online, and chose the in-store pickup option. as i was out of the country, my husband went on my behalf to pick up. when i got home i was so excited to see my ring…. but to my surprise, they gave me the wrong colour (which mattered, because it’s a birthstone & i have no connection to the month that i was given.) i called to inform them of the mishap to save me making the 45 minute round trip if it wasn’t in stock. they assured me that it was, so i went in the next day. they did not in fact have it. they also didn’t provide me with any option to replace it with the correct one.i went online to chat with customer service. the solution that they gave me was providing me with a shipping label to send it back, 10% off and free shipping. i would be reimbursed with a gift card with the amount i paid (minus the taxes) and then had to repurchase. the product was nolonger on sale for the price it was when i bought it, which they did not honour. it ended up costing me $10 which isn’t going to set me back financially, but definitely frustrating when i shouldn’t be in this position and should’ve been granted the ring i ordered in the first place. the frustration stems from all the time i’ve spent on the phone, online with customer service, driving into reno to visit the store (both my husband and i having to go- wasting both of our time) , and going out of my way to go to the post office to ship it off. it’s been almost a month and i’m still in the process of swapping it for the proper ring. the whole situation was very poorly handled & it’s safe to say this is my last purchase at pandora.

This place sucks they think they are selling gold or diamond I bought a bracelet with 5 charms and then they gave me another one and I wanted to buy more but the manager wanted me to show her the receipt harassing me like she wanted to steal and I had the bracelet with a gift bag and she told me I have the worst treatment, I don't know why they hire such arrogant and trashy people who believe they own the store and are nothing with miserable salaries and belittling and treating people badly, trash of the place and better throw away everything that is about Pandora

I was very disappointed on how the Manager and the employees was handling a situation while I was shopping for Christmas gifts inside of the store .A young lady gave jewelry to the employee and as I’m shopping I notice that the young lady said that she was messing a piece of jewelry instead of them handling the situation respectfully and with manors they accused the young lady as if she was lying and I knew she was not because she was shopping for more gifts as well to purchase so why would they accuse her instead of saying ma’am I will go look to see if it dropped she asked them to pull the security camera and they told her that they would not be able to see a pendant that small which to me was no accuse.She came in with all her jewelry to get clean she should have left with all of her jewelry but I witness they did not even clean the jewelry.The was racially profiling because of her skin color which was African American and I don’t feel like that was fare at all and I choice to leave and not purchase anything because I’m African American and that was so unpleasant to see and witness . A black woman crying stating she gave the young lady her jewelry and the manager Ms.Sarah was so nonchalant to the situation like she didn’t care or believe her they just kept giving excuses. Will never go to pandora @ Meadowood Mall again they are rude, racist and careless of your jewelry be careful and make sure they give you guys the check list to check off your jewelry when you get it clean the one in Sacramento does but they forgot to give the young lady one to do this was totally there fault.

This was my first experience with Pandora, looking for a birthday present for my friend. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews, but my experience was the exact opposite!I was helped by Mal and she was amazing! Friendly, no pressure, found me the perfect present for my friend. I will definitely be back!

Lost a customer today. I was in the store ready to purchase a Christmas gift for my wife. The staff was too busy talking with each other to wait on me. I was able to find it and order it online without any of the four employees even acknowledging that I was even in the store

DON’T SHOP HERE!!!The first time I shopped here in May 2022 it was a great experience. I only bought a charm but the staff was nice & even took my check. I decided to go back for my birthday. I picked out what I wanted, wrote a check (the clerk watched me write it), then asked the Manager to help her process it. Immediately the transaction was shut down because “we don’t take checks”. When I explained my previous experience, the Manager practically called me a liar saying she’s been the manager for 4 yrs & NEVER deposited checks. She started interrogating me about who accepted the check, was it a man or woman, and insisted in the history of the store they never accepted checks. She then turned away from me & the Clerk to focus on the customer next to me who was ready to drop over $1000. I paid with my card but I REALLY didn’t want to.I’ve never been treated this way. Treated like a liar or passed over for another customer who clearly had more money than what I was willing to spend. They were so rude. If the policy changed, that’s fine just say so before I write a check or ask how I want to pay. Why did the clerk let me write my check if the answer was going to be NO? Why didn’t they believe me about my previous purchase? Why did they treat me like I wasn’t a valued customer? Was it because I wasn’t spending over $1000? Did they not want my money? I was excited about this place but now I’m not sure I want to spend my money here. I’ll stick with Helzberg. They at least appreciate my business, accept various forms of payment, and make me feel good when I leave the store. Pandora at Meadowood Mall made me feel ignored, angry, and unenthusiastic about the bracelet I saved up for my birthday.DON’T SHOP HERE!

I went in to get a Christmas gift for my wife. The young woman who helped me was patient and friendly, smiled a lot, and looked diligently for items I requested. It was a great experience. She seemed genuinely interested in me getting what I came for and my wife loves the bracelet and charms. Thank You!

This Pandora has just about every type of charm under the sun, and if they don't physically have it in the store, the knowledgeable and friendly employees are always more than willing to help you special order what you are looking for.

I've looked at Pandora for years and finally decided to buy one. I wasn't sure of my length for a bracelet and wanting to ask a few questions about which size would be best with the amount of charms im wanting to get. It was crazy Covid stuff during Christmas time when I had these questions. I tried twice and both times I sat in the store for well over 10 minutes while e people sat at the back of the store completely wrapped up in some drama of the day they were gossiping about. Both times on two separate occasions this happened. I walked away and purchased my charms and bracelet online. I refused to give my business to this location. If this is locally owned and operated, I'd much rather give the corporate office my business rather than these guys. When I bought online, because I've never been able to talk to a live person in the store, I didn't realize how important the safety chains are. I've almost lost my entire bracelet 3 times..so I refuse to wear it now.Today while at Meadowood, I stopped in to get a safety chain, maybe try this store 1 more time...Shouldn't have even walked it. There were two people behind the counter...1 helping someone, 1 standing there....doing...uhhh...she doesn't know either...Then 3 more along that back wall that couldn't be concerned with the likes of an actual customer. I walked through the store, stopping and looking in each display..pointing out items to my daughter who was with me....no one helped me again...That's strike 3 for me!!PURCHASE ONLINE...YOU'LL GET FAR BETTER SERVICE FROM AUTOMATED COMPUTERS VS THESE ACTUAL HUMANS!!
