I rented from Panther for two years, and my experience was extremely easy and relaxed. I originally rented a unit that was too large, and they worked with me very quickly to get a smaller unit sorted. I never had any trouble with the gate and I found the front staff to be incredibly kind. When I vacated the process was super simple, and they were very communicative during the process.
All in all I found they were always willing to work with me, and very relaxed (like one time my credit card changed and I forgot to swap it over in time, we worked it out immediately and had no issues.)

This place is a little expensive, but I do love it, so I feel like it is worth it. Jessica is so helpful and understanding. If u just call her she is so helpful. All the way until my move out. Thank you so much for all the help!

Jessica is an absolute Hoot! Friendly, funny and informative. Love they have a truck you can borrow to move and the 24 hr access. Clean lot and units. I love the lock system that they have. This has been the nicest storage I have been to. I also love the drive up system. I know some of you prefer the air conditioning indoor units, not Me! Pull up unload/load and pull out! Spacious roads in between make it easy!

Jessica is the best ever! Was in and out of there in 15 minutes and got a great price on a unit! Would recommend to everyone! Even their monthly prices are better then everywhere else in town!

Clean large units. Very pricey. But well. Very tight ship is ran there... alot of rules. But staff is friendly and prompt.

I have rented a storage unit in the Reno area from 3 different companies, over the last 5+ years. That said, Panther Self Storage is by far the best value for money/untit size. Hands down no other storage facility, corporate ran or private, offers anything close. The ladies in the office consistently provide exceptional customer service. Always going above & beyond. Not to mention the 24 hour access. A service that no other company offers. As long as you can abide by the rules outlined in your contract then I recommend.Panther Self Storage keep up the great work. A+ . I'm so glad I found you guys my only regret is I didn't find you sooner.

Panther Valley is one of the best places you can store your items. They have a variety of sizes available and the staff are always welcoming and available when needed. They also have a maintenance man on site.

I'll tell you.. when it comes to finding a CLEAN, DRY, demographically convenient, SECURE, and SAFE storage locker, in a variety of sizes in the Reno metro area.. PANTHER Self Storage IS where it's at!! The fair prices, tech-friendly (Smart Access w/your Smart Device!) clean bathroom facilities are secondary only to the A-M-A-Z-I-N-G-L-Y Professional, Friendly and genuinely engaging Staff behind the counter!! Jessica is a true pleasure to work with. As are the other staff, I however.. make it a point to tend to my storage business whenever Jessica is on deck! Everybody is fair, friendly and accommodating.
Let's face it, NO BODY 'likes' going into the storage locker.. even on the best of days! I happen to have had four different size lockers over the past few years. I have downsized my stored items so much now, that I have a locker with DUAL entry.. one road side roll up door, and one back side (on a nice, WELL lit sidewalk) for the Seasonal items that typically tend to be otherwise blocked or inaccessible in the center of the locker; NOT any longer!! GREAT DESIGN! I have NEVER had water leak into my locker(s) even when there was 18+ inches of snow on the ground. "Thank you Jessica and Team!!"

They suck will never use them again as some of the other people I meet leaving also. The so called manager acts like she owns the place save your money and don't rent there find some where else.

I've used panther storage for 4 years and always had a great experience with the staff and access. They keep the facilities super clean and presentable. They even help you out as much as the possibly can. And Jessica at the front desk is one of the best people I've ever dealt with. She is professional and outgoing witch makes the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you panther self storage for the years of excellent service.
