Got there at 10am and waited until close for them to look at my car. They never got to it and I wasted the entire day for nothing. I had an appointment and everything. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Went into Pep Boys bought four new tires. Awesome service went back three weeks later. Had a new spare tire put on awesome service and the manager Dan awesome person thank you.

Waited over 20 mins just to have a service advisor help me for a scheduled oil change appointment. Upon arrival for completed service same issue. Service advisor who helped me seemed like he didn't want to be there. This is sad compared to the PepBoys by my house in Mesa Arizona. If you can't make a good impression upon arrival what makes you think you are going to gain trust especially in the auto repair industry. DO BETTER.

Overall good experience and Ed is very helpful and helped me get the right tires for my truck but did have a small issue with pricing after installing and paying I noticed my tires were charged for a higher price than told and double check website and the price was lower online as well.
I did go back and show the manager and he helped to fix the issue and got me a refund.
The tires look great and over all happy.

Unprofessional and fraudulent quote. They wanted to charge me over $340 for a battery and told me it takes 1.5 hours to install it (you can't just buy a battery from them.) I told them I would buy it somewhere else and install it myself. As I was leaving, I could hear them making negative comments about me in front of other customers.
To replace my battery, I had to remove my front driverside tire and 6 push pins. Total time spent without the use of a lift or pneumatic tools: less than 20 minutes start to finish. So I'm either a prodigy mechanic, or Pep Boys was feeding me a bunch of BS on the installation charge/time.
Total spent at Walmart for the Battery +$10 tool to remove the push pins: $180. Walmart also quoted $45 installation and a 15 minute job. However, they couldn't do it the same day as their air compressor wasn't working.
