At Performance EDU, we firmly believe that a strong foundation is the key to achieving fitness goals. We understand that healthy movement is only possible when positions are well-coached and activation is done properly with a sincere desire to move well. Our coaches are passionate about their job and our facility is designed to facilitate healthy movement. Our objective is to stimulate the desire of our clients to move by providing them with an environment that promotes physical activity. Our equation for laying a good foundation is simple - activate the right parts of the body, and you will be able to move without experiencing pain.
