“I love Parrot Connection, and more importantly, my little bird loves it too. Absolutely wonderful staff, they treat the birds so well, and are kind and friendly to their human customers, too. My husband has many health issues, and we need to travel frequently for his care, so our little bird goes to Parrot Connection for boarding frequently and we always feel secure and calm that he will be taken care of just as we would.Beyond boarding, they have beautiful cages and toys, and good healthy bird snacks available: no matter what you need for your bird, absolute best place in town! “Finding a great selection of food and treats for my dog with a knowledgeable and helpful staff is challenging. I have been going to Pawsitively Pets for over three years and have never been disappointed. Katy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to help me. They also have a great dog wash area that is clean, stocked with clean towels, aprons, and a great variety of shampoos and conditioners. There is a ramp for easy loading and unloading plus a plastic mat at the bottom of the tub for no slipping. If you want a great store that is clean, neat, well stocked, with a helpful staff, go to Pawsitively Pets.”

“This place has such a good selection!! I really appreciate the rewards system where we buy a certain amount of food bags and get one free. They used to have our dogs’ favorite treats but they seem to have stopped ordering the Wag More Bark Less brand so that’s unfortunate for us, we would love to see those come back!I did want to add some constructive criticism… it seems that many times when I come to purchase products, the employees often appear like they don’t know much about the store/products. For example, the whole month of December there was a sign on some of the dog food that specified we get an extra reward point with purchase of specific food. Both times I purchased food this month I had to remind the employee at the register about the extra point and both times they were extremely confused by what I was telling them. They had to go look at the sign and they responded with confusion. Just the other day I had been in and the employee said “oh weird, they must have put that sign up last night because I haven’t seen it”.. when in fact it’s been up all month long.Another example is I’ve purchased CBD drops for our cat and the boxes/bottles on display are empty so you have to bring them to the register to get the full bottles they keep under the register. And the past couple times the employee has rung me up and expected me to walk out with the empty bottle (they bagged up the empty bottle). When I explained the bottle is empty and they are supposed to get me a new bottle, they were very confused by the process. One even said “oh weird the liquid must have evaporated” and I’m like no.. these are just for display and you have the real ones under the counter…These are just a couple of examples and nothing to be upset about but I just wanted to let the management know so maybe they can get employees trained up more and up to date on processes.”

“This is where I go to refill propane tanks for my 5th wheel. I used to use the Sinclair on Stead and Lear but half the time they didn't have someone on duty that could fill propane tanks. The employees at Ranchers Feed and Supply are always friendly and quick to get the tanks filled.”

The store was clean, well-organized and had a great variety of items. I also purchased a new car seat tether since my pup chewed through the old one. The prices seemed reasonable and I recommend visiting this shop.”

“I bought an Aluminum tilt trailer from Feed World 3 years ago. Turns out it had some bad welds underneath that I didn’t discover until 3 years after purchase and of course it had a 1 year warranty. After a crazy expensive estimate from a welder, I took it back to FW to see it they might help. Dave, after hearing the issue said “I’ll fix it”. They got the manufacturer to warranty it and took care of the problem. Folks, service like this is very rare today. If you need a trailer don’t go anywhere else. Outstanding before and after sale!”

“Love Pet Station especially the one on Longley Lane in Reno where Kat works. I had called the store last night asking if they carried a certain product and Kat told me no but that she would be happy to search for a product that might have some of the same ingredients. Came into the store today and sure enough Kat had done her research and showed me some products. We bought one of the products and some treats for our 4 dogs. I also love Pet Station as they are always helping rescues especially Boxers and Buddies. Boxers and Buddies is a local rescue depending on the help from Pet Station as they donate food to this rescue.”

Most likely just understaffed or lazy staff because I see some of them hiding in the room in the fish section. Overall not bad and good place for getting into the fish hobby.”

“5 stars for the aquatics department alone, as of September and October of 2023. The lady with the bright blue eye shadow(wish I knew your name) does an incredible job with the fish, plants and customers. For a chain store the aquatics area is far beyond expectations. Some employees there truly care, and it really shows. I make the trip from Tahoe, passing many other stores, to specifically give this place my business on fish and live plants. However, the rest of the store gets 2 stars, lots of bare shelves. But the aquatics department is on point. Go here before any other stop for fish or plants.”
“The staff was all so friendly & welcoming! Very accommodating. Darlene was our groomer and was so sweet and so friendly! She made me feel so comfortable as well as my 2 fur babies Ody & Taz!! She was very thorough with the consultation and patient and made sure she understood exactly how I wanted their fur cut and what length before starting. We came back to pick them up and not only were they perfectly groomed and taken well care of but she gifted them accessories collars that she hand makes and they looked so adorable!!!Thank you Darlene! ❤”
