“This is a store that really matters when it comes to my “non human child” Phoebe my companion canine. We get out all raw frozen dog food here and being a regular our store manager makes sure to always put aside Phoebe’s food in their special freezer. Today was her 10th birthday and Pet Station gets these beautiful cupcakes made local and doggie and kitty safe, just ask the store clerk and they have all the supplies you need stop in and check out their great line of products.”

“A great place to purchase all things for birds, for the care of birds and boarding of pet birds.
Variety of bird foods, cleaners, toys and new/used bird cages.
The birds that are boarded there have their name labelled in their cage and look very happy. They chirp when you enter and leave the store.
Easy parking in their lot or along the street.”
“This is where I go to refill propane tanks for my 5th wheel. I used to use the Sinclair on Stead and Lear but half the time they didn't have someone on duty that could fill propane tanks. The employees at Ranchers Feed and Supply are always friendly and quick to get the tanks filled.”

“We are watching our daughters lab and she told us to go to Bone-Ito for his bath. He is 105 pds. so the lift made it easy for all of us. Not sure if the lady working today was the owner but super friendly and helpful. Great selection of foods, goodies, etc.”
“The store is so clean and welcoming, the employees are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. My son loves to go and look at the animals, and they don't get annoyed if you hang out for awhile. Also, they always have crickets, which we need for our reptiles, so that is a bonus. We stopped going to the two major chain stores quite awhile ago. This local chain is so much better(we also go to the store on S McCarran, have not checked out any other locations) and I know they will alwys have what we need, as well as great service.”
“Julie is wonderful with my four babies! I love taking them to her because she provides a service to one family at a time. This limits how long they are out of my care and in a kennel while waiting their turn. She is quick and they look adorable everytime.”

“The store has a modest but effective set of supplies. Most importantly, the workers often have their own dogs behind the counter, with a gate, and if you're cool with it, will let theirs play with yours. So it's a great little play trip for friendly dogs combined with a bit of shopping.”
“Great experience with my pup’s first visit. I made an appointment online, she was done within the time frame given, and I was given a 20 minutes heads up when she was almost done with her spa day. She looked super cute with her Christmas bandana they gave her and felt so soft! Thanks Spoiled Petz!”

“Got shots for our cat here at their vaccination clinic, it's great, low prices. We didn't have to stand in line and wait, we were given a pager after we checked in.”
“I was running late and called the store to make sure they were open. I had run out of dog food. The manager, Derik, was so nice. It was 6:55, and they were closing in 5 minutes. I told him I was close, and he asked what type of dog food I needed. Then he told me he would have it at the register, so I could run in and get it. I got there at 7:02, and he was there with a smile and my dog food ready to be purchased.
Most places would have just told me it was too late. The fact that he was compassionate and took the time to help my dog and me is beyond amazing. This place is awesome. I was a regular customer, but now I won't get my Dr. Marty's anywhere else!”

“This PetSmart is huge and has so much more than the NW location! I called ahead for some specific needs, and they were kind and helpful. When I got there, everyone was again very kind and helpful. “Overall gr8. The reason for 4 stars is i never recieve my rewards & I spend a ton of money here, not sure why I don't get rewarded on my purchases. But, I keep going bak, loyalty should account for somthing??? UPDATE:
I still shop here im still loyal & wen I spend a crap ton of money I have to bring in my receipt for the $10.00 off, well I live 2hrs. Away & dont get there in time to use my well deserved $10 off b4 it expires... Why cant it just go on my acct. Automatically when the sales staff ask for my phone #. I feel like im getting ripped off. I love Petco & the products for my fur baybeez but am losing patience w/the stupid hoopes i feel like i have to jump through for a business that really shuld be doing more for their patrons loyalty. I guess im gonna hve to start looking elsewhere.”

“It's not bad, just way smaller then the petco's. So if you want to purchase pets or are looking for something specific and not common, I would go to petco. Otherwise, they have pretty much all you need. The service is fast and polite!”
