We took our dog Boomer in today for a bath. The store is adorable. The owner, Staci is warm, helpful and inviting. The dog wash stations made it easy to give Boomer a thorough wash. Everything you need it readily available. Boomer left shiny, fluffy, smelling good and not too sad he had a bath. We will be back.

We are watching our daughters lab and she told us to go to Bone-Ito for his bath. He is 105 pds. so the lift made it easy for all of us. Not sure if the lady working today was the owner but super friendly and helpful. Great selection of foods, goodies, etc.

The best dog store in Reno by far! The owner Stacy is one of the kindest humans I know. My fur babies and I love this store very much!
