Horrible customer service from the Sunday morning team this petco is a joke there hours are always wrong online and if you show up a 5 mins before close the door will be locked and they will tell you they’re closed Petco really needs to step it’s customer service up, I understand if you go to a restaurant ight before close it’s rude but when a customer says I need one item exp cat littler maybe do your job? Overall after 12 or more visits I give this petco a F-

🔴🔴!!!Please dont buy pets from petco!!!! 🔴🔴Find breeders or resues please.!!! The animals where in improper care.. I walked in needing gecko food and left crying. This is so sad rodends where fine but the bb geckos where so skinny :(. This hurt my heart. Sand isn't supposed to be used either they could eat it and get impacted🪦.. some enclosures didn't even have water or proper hides at all. The snakes don't even have enough bedding to do anything with. I keep giving this petco chances but every time it makes me leave crying because these animals are in such horrible condition... If I could save them or work there to save them I totally would. :( do better please for the sake of these animals lives they didn't ask to be here you put them here for entertainment and profits so take care of them. 🔴Or for heavens sake teach your employees proper care like you're supposed to!!!🔴 I had to go to petstation and it relieved me that they knew what they where doing.

Great assortment of animals, and supplies staff was friendly and helped me find the correct supplies for my leopard gecko.

Terrible customer service in the grooming dept n I will never go to this store again! It’s a walk in groomer center as advertised n I only needed my 1 tiny dog’s nails trimmed n she wouldn’t do it without appt. Even though I explained I just took the bus for 45 min with my dog! Terrible customer service

Just left all the pre packaged (which is what I saw) crickets were dead I'm saddened I found a nice plant while I was there hoping I can find it somewhere else as well as alive crickets:/

This place it the absolute worst I took our dog to get groomed they gave her fleas now I just spent $120 at Walmart for flea removal stuff that I am going to have to spend hours doing myself. I am so angry 😡 and my poor pup is in so much pain. Do not go to this place EVER, I will be calling the board if they do not agree to fully remove her fleas saying they can’t take her in bc she has fleas, hopefully the owner will see this

Petco Vital Care is a rip-off! Signed up before having the vet put my cat on special food. Petco doesn't carry it. Being forced to pay an entire year for something I can't use. Will never shop here again.

I got cat food and litter it was really expensive like everything else these days I wish prices would go down and the value of my labor would be considered more accurately to what it's worth if I spend 50 dollars, that means after taxes I'd have to work almost a full day just for food and litter for my cat, that's mind boggling to me a carpenter who was been doing this trade for over 5 years, I shouldn't have to live in a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 people just to get by in this awful economy. Please make my time worth more and make everything less expensive. This isn't just about petco.

Made an appointment for a deshedding and grooming. They sent a confirmation for a grooming only, so after multiple phone call attempts we finally got through to someone and told them about the deshedding. They sent another email confirmation for grooming only.
Day of appointment we had a minor emergency and were running a few minutes late. Multiple phone calls were made to let them know but no one answers the phone. We arrived 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time to be told that there was simply no way they could fit Us in today because we were late.
Obviously it was very frustrating to have wasted my time, but beyond that the entire facility is filthy. I don't mean messy, I mean filthy. There were large clumps of dog hair all over the floor on the customer side of the counter, they were piles of stuff all over the place, and the entire place looked as if it was neglected. I would strongly discourage using this place because if they can't keep the facility clean for what you CAN see, imagine how filthy the part you CANT see is.

I always shop in Petco because the staff is so helpful, polite, apart, knows where things are in the store and for the most are knowledgeable about most products.
