Mostly like this place but employees are minimally trained on their new electronic payment system. They still treat customers like children and make you yell out your telephone number, thus violating privacy. Their new system allows them to allow us childish incompetent adult customers to put our own phone number in the payment terminal yet when you ask, 80% of their employees will say “we don’t have that option “ petsmart, please train your employees to use modern technology. Iven King Mango Unchained can use a cell phone today.

This is the place to go! Jessica is brilliant on her knowledge of fish and maintaining a healthy aquarium. With her help, I am about one water change away from adding some new additions. I seriously can't wait.

Take my dog see Kenzie she is an amazing groomer super kind knows what she doing. My dog is always happy even after seeing her. She ask in detail how and what she can do make sure pup is okay and you get results your looking for would recommend her anytime!

i have never experienced worse customer service in my life as i have with their night crew lol, no matter what you need help with they sigh and groan and complain that they have to leave the register or the aisle they’re trying to hide in. i’ve worked animal retail before and i know it sucks to have to take care of animals and people at the same time, but that doesn’t mean they should be allowed to treat either living being like the crap they do. you can’t tell me any one of them care about the animals in their store when their animal cages are bone dry and their fish are gasping at the surface. they don’t know anything about the animals they sell, they always pass their work off on someone who “knows more” and then the “expert” you’re waiting on ends up not knowing anything. not animal care, not nutrition, not habit requirements, nothing. my last trip inside they told me the fish i wanted were out of stock and i had to tell them not only where they were at but also how much they cost. they try and take every opportunity to get out of doing more work and they treat every living being who comes into the store like an inconvenience they don’t feel like being bothered with. i’d rather make the trip to a different city, hell i’d rather drive into california if it came down to it, than come back to this location, and i’d recommend anyone do the same unless you want to be treated like an idiot who doesn’t understand proper animal care, and argue with a 16 year old making minimum wage. i won’t even delve into the neglect the fish are currently suffering from because they’re “redoing their aquatics wall”, i guess that means they don’t care about water changes or floaters :) because i mean in their own words “we don’t really know what we’re gonna do with the fish when we redo the wall, we’re not sure where they’re going to go”
