This is a shout out to our drivers they were respectful and explained how to pack so that the loads don't shift I would highly recommend pods for transport and for my drivers to get a raise they deserve it I wish to say thank you nothing broke nothing shifted great job guys.

I talked to two people on the phone one for the quote Teri. He was so helpfull and nice!! The other was Ryan to set up the delivery. She was very informative and so polite!! Great experience so far with PODS.

I'd like to know about the pods I've paid for in Las Vegas sitting in a warehouse of yours...the last thing I heard was your were replacing the roof on one of the pods...while it's packed...
The worst experience is your lack of communication to me about this pod and my things. That are in it.

Was pretty excited to find this alternative to storage facility until I started seeing all these extra charges coming out of my account with no explanation. Not happy with their billing and hidden fees and I wouldn’t use PODS again because of it. I was quoted $487 initially and not told anything else about other fees. When I reached out to the company the person who helped me was not helpful at all. I feel completely ripped off after being charged $982.48 for 1 month and 4 days. The response from owner said the charges were listed but they weren’t made known to me. I think that’s sneaky and not transparent as he says

First move in many years and had a seamless experience using the PODS service. Great communication, affordable, and everything was delivered in perfect shape.

This company charged me $400. Then, on the day they were scheduled to deliver my POD to my new address, they didn't show up.
I called and was told my delivery window had changed to three hours later. Despite this, they never showed up. I called again and was told, 'they should be there any minute.' However, they never showed up. I called again, but there was no answer.
My POD never arrived. It cost me hundreds of dollars in movers' fees as they were waiting for the POD to arrive. To top it off, that was a Saturday and they are closed on Sundays and don't do deliveries on Mondays. So I had to take time off work for this!!
Then, the company charged me an additional $89. I filed a complaint and they gave me a refund of $100. However, they then charged my card $85 two months later.
The customer service was terrible. I've lost hundreds of dollars due to their mistake and they only gave me a $15 credit.
