Our vehicle overheated. We were towed from Loveluck NV to Pro 1 automotive based on a referral from AAA. This took place late Wednesday night prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. We used the night drop and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning, when the shop reopened. Dustin and his staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our car. It turned out that the radiator cap had broken and the spring was inside the radiator. They were able to retrieve the spring supply, new radiator cap and replenish the coolant. They also supplied us with additional coolant for our trip back to California just in case. It was a challenging/frustrating experience for the holidays for sure with a positive ending and that the repair was far less expensive than we thought it might be. And most importantly, we were able to make it safely back to California. Much thanks to Dustin and his staff!

I've had Pro1 Automotive service my 1992 E250 Ford van & my 2009 Toyota Yaris Sedan since 2014. I've NEVER had to take my vehicle back because something wasn't done RIGHT the first time. Not ONCE have I ever been talked into something that was unneeded. Several times I've asked to see my vehicle while it was up on the rack & been obliged.
Every person I've come in contact with has been knowledgeable & courteous.
I've recommended PRO1 Automotive to numerous friends & business associates.

The only auto shop I trust with my vehicle. They are always very polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable and you never feel like they're overcharging or scamming you. I've had so many traumatic experiences at other shops but Pro 1 leaves me feeling reassured. Safe to say I am a loyal customer!

I had an emergency issue with my car over Labor Day weekend and Pro 1 immediately got me in for servicing on the following Tuesday. I can’t thank them enough for taking my vehicle so quickly and getting me back on the road. I’ve been a client for years and their service skills, friendliness & knowledge impress me each visit. I highly recommend Pro 1 for vehicle repairs.

Literally the nicest people. I pulled into this location looking for a gas station to fill my tires with air because no gas station around the area had a working air pump. They told me no worries and to pull up to one of the open doors and they filled all four of my tires for me. I will definitely be checking out their other services. Very grateful customer ☺️

My 2001 Ford F-350 served me as a mineral exploration field vehicle for 14 years and since then as a forest maintenance vehicle in northern CA. The truck has 271,000 miles on it, and I won’t take it anywhere else for general maintenance/repair service other than Pro 1 Automotive. I have lived and worked out of Reno for 42 years and in my opinion Pro 1 is the best.

Great service, honest and trustworthy and at a reasonable price. Usually this is followed by pick any two of these attributes, because that is all you get at most other places, at best. Well my experience at Pro 1 is you get it all. Great job!

Extremely helpful, friendly, and honest every step of the way! I brought my 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 in after fighting a random misfire for weeks. They were able to diagnose and offer me great advice and recommendations that resolved the random misfire. They even managed to find an electrical issue that was extremely elusive to me, granted I'm no mechanic and was ready to bash my head through a wall trying to figure it out on my own haha. From start to finish, Pro 1 was extremely helpful, respectful, and honest without breaking the bank. Integrity is hard to come by these days and this was my first experience with Pro 1, I'd rate 10 stars if I could. My Mazda is no easy car to dig into, but they absolutely nailed it. Paul, you are the man!! Highly recommend getting your service done at Pro 1, you will not be disappointed.
