Walked in on a week day afternoon and was seated right away with feet in the bowl and then…. Nothing. No color choice, no comment that there would be over a 20 minute wait, not one other person in the room with me customer or employee. After 20 minutes with zero interaction I found a towel and dried my feet off and headed for the door… at which point they said they were ready right now. Awkward. Waste of time. Zero customer service and the place is completely run down since my previous visit a few years ago.

Yesterday I had worst pedicure I ever had. The woman was somewhat nice enough. But also rude at the same time, if that makes sense. The massage chair was broken but she kept telling me it was because I didn’t listen to her. She kept condescending me. It was the craziest thing. I paid extra for gel nails and it’s the lightest coat, that will be chipping within days. I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in so many months and was so excited to finally find the time to come treat myself. I was thoroughly disappointed and will absolutely never return. It was the most awkward interaction. I didn’t feel relaxed or enjoy myself at all. Do better Pro Nails.

Nice polish job but they do not give very long massages for a basic pedicure ($35) & they charge an extra $20 for gel, which is insane. Quality polish was great but not worth $55 at all & I got the second to lowest package. Kinda a rip off to be honest. I’ve never paid that much for a basic gel pedicure. Usually it’s only $5 to $10 extra for a gel. I always leave a good tip but it was my first time & now I know the price vs what I actually get. Walked out paying $65 total & so did my girl friend. We both had the same experience.

Dianne did am awesome job, I needed to have a clear nail color for surgery. She created one with small sparkles! She does excellent work.

Not IMPRESSED at all. I was kinda busy and my hubby called while getting pedicure so I wasn't paying attention. All I knew is when she started my right big tow was super tender and I wasn't sure why and she just giggled and didn't speak English. It was sore because she CUT the entire edge of cuticle! She didn't push my cuticles back, there is still pink nail polish all over my right foot. Supposed to be my wedding toe nails and they look worse than when I did them! SHe didn't scrub the back of my heels at all, barely massaged. Then as I was leaving tried to talk to tell me she was blind in 1 eye. Great. Probably not the job for you then. I get it we all need jobs but if you can't do it correctly and efficiently. DO NOT DO IT. so much for missing Lee who I was referred to and her toes looks amazing. Waste of $50.

I will not be going back. I went in to get my Gel X manicure removed and go back to my natural nails. The first thing she does is start picking my nails off with her nails; this destroyed my natural nails and I left in pain with one of nails broken super short. She also wanted me to paid half way through, probably cause it knew she wouldn’t have gotten a tip at the end.

I went to pro nails tonight for a regular fill as they always do.. I've been coming here for 4 years. I always tip at least $10-$20. Tonight the technician did not know what she was doing.. she filled the pink with a different shade of pink and it looks completely wrong.. the technician told me to not worry about paying and to come back tomorrow to have them fixed and pay then.... she then proceeded to call me and tell me to never come back to pro nails.. very unprofessional. I was happy to pay tonight but the technician told me not to. Then called and said don't come back? A little bipolar. But happy to take my business elsewhere in town. I would never recommend this place.

They are horrible. They don't use liners. Staff is rude. Only care about their long term clients. Look how bad they painted my toes. The man takes smoke breaks between doing your nails and stinks after. Yen only cares about her regular clients. She actually did these nails. 0 stars! I tried them so many times until I became completely fed up.

Very expensive!! I went in for a manicure and they gave me gels which I didn’t even know what that was. I was shocked when I owed $50 for something that took 15 minutes.
