Great Property. Easy to get in and out, clean and well maintained. Erica was great! When I first arrived at the property, I was unsure where my unit was located and she came out of the office unprompted to assist. I have rented storage units Coast to Coast, some PS, other big box stores and Mom&Pop type places. She has a great demeanor in person and on the phone. So thumbs up to the property and Erica! Thx you guys!

Office hours are 930-6, but nobody is ever there! "On site" Manager is never accessable when u need assistance, but If u leave the gate 5 minutes late she will definitely be there and make sure you know about "policy". This place is a joke. Pay $100 a month and have no access to your own personal belongings.

Staff member (on-site manager) was polite, professional and helpful. Space is as advertised; however, there are not enough service carts to facilitate moving items into and out of the interior units, which is very challenging for someone, such a myself, with mobility challenges. When brought up to the manager, she said that the carts get stolen and "corporate" will not provide replacements. I recommend corporate review Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Erica was absolutely wonderful!! I was very frustrated about a few things and she resolved everything above and beyond my expectations!! Will definitely stay with Public Storage, as long as I can continue dealing with her! Thank you, Erica!!

I want to extend a huge thank you to Erica at Public Storage for her exceptional service. Although I do not have a unit at her specific location, she went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I encountered at another Public Storage facility in Santa Cruz, California.
Erica's dedication and commitment to resolving my issue were truly commendable. Despite not being directly involved, she took the time to understand my situation and provided invaluable support every step of the way. Her professionalism and willingness to help exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for all her efforts.
