I won a storage unit and arrived to pick up gate codes and lock code from manager and she was so polite and quick to get me paid up and out the door to unpack my newly acquired storage unit.

The gal working in the office I believe her name is Diana did an amazing job getting me my unit at the price that I had at reserved. The kiosk was trying to charge me an extra $140 on my unit and telling me that I did not have a reserved unit. The girl in the office made sure that I got what I was reserved for the price I was reserved at thank you so much

I’ve been renting a unit at Public Storage and can confidently say I’m beyond disappointed. Over the past nine months, my monthly rate increased from $128 to $173 that’s over a 35% increase with no explanation, no upgrades, and no added value.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, I found a giant dead rat inside my storage unit (photo attached). This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the facility’s cleanliness and pest control standards.
For the amount of money I’m being charged, the bare minimum should be a clean, secure, rodent-free environment. Instead, I’m paying premium prices for worsening conditions. I’ll be moving my belongings out ASAP and do not recommend this facility to anyone.

Mel and Erica made everything extremely easy and hassle-free. I found I had black widows in my unit and told Erica. She sprayed the heck out of it super quick and my unit is now spider and bug free. They are extremely friendly and understanding.

I did walk into this facility and in a record 10 minutes I walked out with a gate code and a space via the booth. Then the following Day a staff by the name Julie called me to check if everything was ok. I will recommend this location ASP and I will recommend Julie

I've had to rent here since 2023. If possible please choose another storage facility. I became ill in the summer of 23 and almost lost everything I owned. Then, I was forced to take early retirement. Do you think for one minute these people care about you? Well, think again. It's the dollar they care about. I asked them to change my due date to coinside with my government pay date...NO. I asked if they could help me get a smaller unit. They could, but I'd have to move it myself. They offered no assistance or referral for help. I'm older and just outta the hospital. Since moving in, they're raised my rent three times. I've asked if they'd forgive my late fee. And that was definite NO. SO, SINCE MARCH 2023, IVE PAID $55 A MONTH EXTRA IN LATE FEES EACH MONTH. RENT JUST GOT RAISED ANOTHER $25, and I paid over $1300 for two months February and March 2023 thats late fees and lien fees to save my things while I try to regain my health. It's like a struggle I believe they could have eased with working with me. A American is about the best, and I wished I could leave.
I moved in on a deal they never honored. First month for a dollar. I wished I'd have seen the writing on the wall then. But my health was not the best.
Since I've been renting, we've had three different managers, so they can't seem to keep the employees. The site on Virginia is satellite, so you won't find a warm body unless you make an appointment, and then maybe not.

Received a called from the manager Kayla to make sure my move-in to the storage unit went smoothly, which it did! Easy self-service check-in and clear instructions for gate access and unit entry. It’s a nice area and has many options for those in need of storage, on top of the lowest prices I could find in south Reno!

Incredibly easy to get a unit everything was done online and the app is very convenient and easy to navigate. While loading our unit we realized we were gonna need a second one and were able to get it that day while we were loading. Definitely recommend this place.

Unsafe and unsecure do not use them. My unit got broken into and their storage units are a joke.
If you google public storage theft - there is information on theft rings involving Public storage. Corporate knows about it but they don’t care and they don’t want the public to know. It’s the same modus operandi. They leave the licks intact and pry open the gate on the side.
The thing is they have the access codes to the gate so this is an inside job. Do not trust this place and this company
