I actually saw cockroachs in a open unit, and there are customers living in units, I know of 3, and 2 of them are friends of mine, that and the location is why I don't and will never trust this place, not to mention the I think the staff turns the cheek to these issues especially about the tenants that are living there,I mean come on, with that building being new, how can they not know this, with all those cameras there, so weather thier truly clueless or there part of the problem by allowing it, considering the neighborhood they are probably making a buck on the side or maybe thier indulging in the supply of the tenants stash of #@&$, probably both because the employees look like they have used in the past, if you know the sign of user's you will agree!!!!

totally gave me a second story unit after I SPECIFICALLY ASKED for 1st floor....the lady that works at the front "krystin" is super rude... interrupted me with a cold, rude and harsh "you're gonna pay more for down stairs because its a luxury"...."call back in a month and MAYBE I can get you a downstairs unit"i ordered online and when I got there it was totally different than what I expected and paid for. the other two ladies "kat and cathryn" were both very nice, but the one who works during the day on weekends is in the wrong business because her human services skills are terrible...owner/manager its November 18th 2023 at 12:30 in the afternoon... hopefully this helps you narrow down which employee I am referring to...

Relocated to Reno in April of this year. We needed a bigger storage unit than what we had booked online. We went into the office and Kristen was there to help us. She got us into a larger unit with absolutely no problem at all. We have dealt with Kristen the whole time that we've been renting from public storage and she is amazing. She is always willing to help and make sure the customer leaves happy. Thank you Kristen for making our move in experience a pleasant one!!

Krystin is AMAZING! She always has a great attitude, knows what she’s doing, and in the *one* rare case she didn’t know, she admitted it, and got back to me within a half hour. I’ve rented from here multiple times, currently am renting, and will rent in the future if needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone simply based on excellent customer, And security of my unit.Thank you for being so awesome! Please train more people to aim high like you do ?

I reserved a storage unit online for a 5x5 space. The initial prices posted don't include required insurance that renters must carry. On the day of move in I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. To access the grounds a passcode is needed, to enter the building your code is needed, and once again to access the elevator your code is needed. There is an app which I'm sure can make your visits a lot simpler as far as punching in codes is concerned. I didn't have a lock so I was charged $19 to purchase one of the storage unit locks. The building was kept at a cool temperature, it was clean, and well lit.This location is NOT in a good part of town and there were a lot of sketchy folks around so I would not recommend accessing your unit after business hours.

Erica is beyond amazing!! I thought I was going to have to jump through all sorts of hoops after losing the key to my unit but in just a few minute phone call she came up with a solution and saved the day, quite literally, for me! If I could give her 50 stars, I would! THANK YOU, ERICA!!

We've rented a small unit at this facility for a couple of years. Rent increases frequently. Gone from about $50/month to over $100. When I called them about the continuous increases, they offered me a "rental reduction." So, now they've reduced our rent from $107 to $93. Wow! Gate is frequently left open and no one in the office. We will vacate soon. Do not recommend.

I have been a customer of Public Storage for 18 months paying $160 a month for a 10x10 unit. I have any to downsize to a 5x10 so I went on their website and saw they have a 5x10 for $76 and $1for the first month. So went ahead and paid the fees which included the $1, $21 for a lock and $29 for an admin fee. Went to the location to get my new unit and was told that because I'm an existing customer I will not get that rate. So I said to cancel everything, only to find out they refunded the $1 and the $21 but will not refund the admin fee. My biggest complaint is nowhere on their site does it say pricing for new customers only. So I called their customer service number and was hung up on my the rep because I asked to speak to a supervisor. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Public Storage to anyone.

Excellent service. A wonderful, warm, loving female manager greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the unit we wanted to rent. I feel horrible for not remembering her name despite asking her myself.Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and appreciated. You are the best!

Astonishingly bad. Do not rent here. I was beind followed inside the gate by a pedestrian who was eyeing me while I was driving a U haul. Everything is broken. Unit wasn't ready.I have one other unit with Public Storage elsewhere, so figured I should book with them again. What a mistake.Booked many weeks in advance. Got there and our unit wasn't ready. My code and app wouldn't get me in. I went to the office and it took forever to reset the code and get in. Then, I was informed it's not cleaned or ready for me to move in. We promised to come back later in the day. We came back after noon, and still it wasn't ready. I had to extend my U haul rental for a day, costing me an extre $60 for this delay.Then, we bring the U Haul the next day. I get there by 8AM. I expect the office to be open by 9AM. The app said office hours from 6AM on Saturday. At 9, I knock on the office door. I tried to find a bathroom and access with my code and could not. I'm told there's a bathroom inside one of the buildings. I have to go all around the building to access and then walk all the way down to find bathrooms. Both are out of order. I would have been able to get in easier, but the closest entrance door for the main complex was caution taped and the glass was broken likely because of a break in.I go back to the office and the lady won't open the door. She says it's not open until 9:30 on Saturdays. I informed her the bathroom she sent me to was out of order, both of them. She said there are no other bathrooms. I went into my U haul and had to pee in a bin.This was 2 days after my unit rental was supposed to start, and it still wasn't clean.It's not safe. They are unprofessional. Nothing works. I am thinking of cancelling both the units I have with this company because my experience was so bad.

I've already did a review and this popped up again. I have learned that Nina works for both locations. When I called to follow up on a unit I was informed she was working at her location. Long story short I decided to go by the location by Grove and while sitting in my car this girl runs by goes into the office. Says something to customers goes around her desk d does something on the computer and comes back around grabs something off the desk have it to a customer and find out. The customer rolled a cart out right after and as I was getting out my car Nina runs right back in the office. I walked in as she was taking a payment for one customer and out loud verbally explaing to 3 others what an erental is and the process to get their unit information and the lock.A few minutes later when I could get to the counter I asked her are you always running around? The woman to her side stated Nina always. She does not stop. Nina laughed and just replied with gotta get the job done. And how can I help you today? Did you not want to store at McCarran? The fact that she remembered me was remarkable. I answered her question and asked her if she seen my review from the other places he said I'm sorry I have not. Does public storage upper management not validate their employees. How sad is that. So I have checked out 2 more locations and other managers have stated we don't get paid enough. No bonuses no anything these other locations are messy and the women are rude. Nina 100% professional with her words and appears to care about her customers, I heard her mention her other managers when referring customers to other location or coming back on a day she is not working. Kristin and another Kristin weird, are also respectful and kind.
