2 new steer tires,3 axle alignment, very friendly and nice place to do business, better than local truck stops,no issues with alignment. We'll back to get 2 more steer tires and a front end alignment, just showed up on Monday, told them what I needed and it was executed a day ahead of what they told me they could do. They did a very good job on communicating with me as needed. Fernley as a Purcell no alignment machine and the customer service is not good. Thanks fellas at perceives in sparks for keeping me moving in a timely manner.

This was my first time dealing with this company. At first the they were welcoming. I ordered my tires through my work. They said no problem. Fred, the manager, gave me his card and told me to call the day before I was to come in and check to make sure the tires were there. When I asked for him. He was short and rude on the phone. As if I was inconveniencing him. The next day I show up, get my two tires that I ordered put on. I requested that I’d like to keep my spare and the other tire that was still good. They changed me for the disposal of two tires and I had to ask for the other tire. I was told Fred would be reimburse me for the disposal fee that I was charged. But I doubt I will see that. I will not be returning there, not worth the rudeness.

Called 2 days prior to see if they had the the tires we wanted in stock lady said yes, ok perfect also going to need an alignment gave me prices on tires and alignment I said perfect. Proceeds to say she will probably need the truck most of the day I said that’s fine. Do I need make an appointment she said no it’s first come first serve. So we pull up first thing in the morning she had bad attitude says you have to make an appointment I said well I called prior you said it was first come first serve she said no alignment is appointment and I don’t have anything you’d have to leave it over the weekend and be ready Monday. Worst customer service. Attitude right from the start of walking into the shop. Took our business elsewhere.

I've been a loyal customer of Purcell Tires for years, and they never disappoint. Last weekend, I ran over a screw and needed my tire fixed. Due to my work schedule, I wasn’t able to make it to the shop before 5 PM. I called Purcell and spoke with Fred, who was incredibly helpful. While they didn’t have any availability after hours, Fred offered a unique solution: their service van could come to my workplace and fix my tire.
The convenience of having the work done right at my office was a game-changer! Kaden, the technician who came out, was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job. It was such a smooth experience.
I highly recommend Purcell Tires for any tire or car maintenance needs. Their customer service, especially their willingness to go above and beyond, is second to none. I’ll definitely continue trusting them with my car care! Thank you again to Fred and Kaden.

By far, the worst tire shop around, I didn't review my first experience because I didn't want to judge from first experience but after second chance, the car rides worse than when I brought it to you to have it fixed, and it vibrates worse, expensive lesson to learn but I will never go back to Purcell tire, I would not recommend, anyone can do better

Took my car there on an emergency. They ordered me a new set of tires at a reasonable price. It is a nice place to take your car for tires.

Unfortunately I had a pretty disappointing experience here.I came here specifically because of the equipment they use to mount/balance. I called in earlier this week to verify that they could mount/balance my wheels/tires, which was confirmed (dually, 24" wheels, 37" tires, all within spec for use together). For record, this place advertises they are "capable" of doing even commercial truck tires.Later in the day, they called me stating they were incapable of doing the work and they were concerned about damaging my wheels...While I appreciate the honesty (hence the 2 stars), and knowing the equipment they have in the facility, I can tell you that the issue isnt the equipment.While I am sure they are capable of basic services, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere for higher end applications.
