I've previously had very good experiences at Quest Diagnostic, but today I had to wait 23m minutes, that had to wait 20m minutes for my blood test. Maybe there short staffed. Bad experience from a usually good business

The staff was professional and efficient. The waiting room was DISGUSTING! It was hot with poor to no ventilation. It smelled of cat urine and overall filthy human. I could not recommend anyone to use this clinic location. The lack of face masks and simple ppe is the result of poor site management and seems borderline actionable.

Worts place to do your blood test omg!!!!!
The worst service in the world!! The staff is not friendly and not at all understanding, I had to go on two different days because for some reason they removed my name from the list because I had an appointment scheduled, not to mention that I am very advanced in pregnancy and have a 2-year-old baby. The staff does not even look out to see who is there. They don't pass them but no joke despite having a little free time to take their exam, that day I took my exam there was a blind person who had been waiting there for more than 3 hours and no one had the delicacy to talk to him and assist him and he told me that his exam had to be on an empty stomach, I can't even imagine what a horrible experience for that person, in a few words, that place is horrible…. If you can schedule at any other location it will be the best. What an unpleasant experience!

Worst experience of my life. Anyone needing a timely lab, DO NOT GO HERE. My appointment in Carson City was last minute cancelled. Thankfully I was up early enough to get the email and hop in the car to get to Reno, a two hour drive for me. I had a STAT lab needed for IVF treatments. The lady hardly spoke a word to me. She NEVER had me check the label to confirm identity, I had to ask! I watched as she followed a laminated copy with directions for a STAT lab YET my lab was missing. Nothing resulted. HOURS on the phone and everyone making it seem that despite seeing the charge, they had no knowledge of me being in a an office. Then I talk to a supervisor who tells me, "oh the lab was written for us to just collect, have your doctor call so we know what to do with it?" No sir, I work in the medical field that was not the case and WHY WOULD THAT EVEN HAPPEN? A STAT TESTED BUT NOT RUN IT? Error on their end. Now I am fighting for the charge to be refunded. I might mentioned that 6 days later a result said it was available but has no result. SHOCKING. DO NOT GO HERE.

The attendant never once spoke to me directly. She looked at anything else and mumbled her instructions unclearly, and when I didn't respond clearly she snapped at me angrily at least twice. The complete lack of a receptionist was awkward and led to a few patients not knowing how to check in and apparently sitting in the room a while without being noticed. The appointment was quick and no more or less painful than any other time I've had blood drawn and my veins are all but non-existent. That she could find one and get blood is honestly impressive, and the results arrived quick as a political opinion on facebook. Still, the Dr.s in the next office who were kind enough to share their coffee with me were infinitely more hospitable despite have no obligation to even acknowledge I was there.
Would I go there again? Sure. Do I want to? Hell no.

9:30 appointment, seen at 9;27. Usually need blood withdrawal from the hand due to years of physical damage, tried the hand, no luck, middle arm was perfect and absolutely NO PAIN.

I waited for like 45 minutes, then they tell me I gotta have a hard copy of my lab request! Seriously, it's the 20s, not the Stone Age! They send me out to print it and come back. I was like, "This better be the last time I set foot in Quest Diagnostics."
