I had the pleasure of working with Clara (Last initial "H" I believe). We had a technical issue with the paperwork. She quickly referenced a colleague and even made a call to rectify the situation. That's expected, but her positive attitude and patience with me was recognizable. She was professional and friendly. And equally important, she was skilled at phlebotomy and I felt next to nothing on the SINGLE poke she made. I really appreciated her help. Would 100% use this Quest facility again

They appear to not like anyone who comes in there. Unprofessional and rude.

A big NO. The staff are really rough and unprofessional. They have zero concern for customers and treat people with an attitude that makes you feel completely unwelcome. They act like they are doing you a favor. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Had to drop off a sample, and they told me i had to make an appointment just to drop off a sample.
I also get some blood drawn but they told me on the phone I wasn't allowed to make an appointment for both at the same time, so I asked if I could make 2 appointments for the same day and they also said no. I asked if I could just walk in and they told me no.

The woman who helped me was good, however I'm tired of being bullied to make an appointment. I know that's the preferred method but when the times available do not work for the tests I need done I would appreciate it if your staff would back off on giving me a lecture about being a walk in. The door says walk-ins welcome, but it sure doesn't feel like it.

It is not the offices fault. Website would not allow me to make an appointment for my company's annual health screening. I called the phone auto could not understand my name. I know the offices are to busy. But please I would just like to get this over and done with. I can't get an appointment. I have tried for a hour!

I am not fun to draw blood from. I have no veins and usually leave bruised up. I will never go to any other lab again. Both times I have been here the staff is very welcoming and kind. The young lady today was so amazing I never even felt her put the needle in. I always look away and I turned back to see if she was going to get started and she was already filling up a vile. AMAZING!

Daisy is rude, unprofessional and thinks she can act any way she wants because there's no onsite manager and refuses to give information to file complaints against her behavior.
Had to call the corpotate office to file a complaint against this experience.
Was told by others in the waiting room they had similar bad experiences.

So far it's been the best place that I've had blood taken

I don't know what it is about Quest, but they do not honor their hours of operation. This office is supposed to open at 6:30 in the morning, I made an appointment for 7 AM. The office wasn't open, and it wasn't until 7:05 that an employee showed up. People were waiting ahead of me.
I've had a similar experience at another Quest location too.

Horrible company. First, they don't honor their own appointment system. You can go through the trouble to make an appointment at a specific time then check-in, but they will still make you wait and take people first-come-first-served. I waited like a half an hour while people without appointments went first.
In addition, they don't take BlueCross/BlueShield in NV - which is amazing given they are one of the biggest insurers in the country.
They tell me this after I've shown up (fasting) and waited a half an hour to be seen.
I hope this company goes out of business - they suck.

We were given a lecture because we were 15min late due to an accident on the freeway. Only one other person in the waiting room. We knew that we may be treated as a walk-in because we were late. Did not expect to be treated like a 5 year old by their kindergarten teacher.
