Just don't go there for any reason the employees do not want you there they act like you're an inconvenience when its literally a convenient store ?? Horrible service dirty and rude so many other places to go instead so why come here!! 🙄

I stopped in there to get gas. I prepaid $19.49. The guy took it out of my account didn’t put it on the pump and then claimed it went back to my card. That was everything I had in my account. My gas light is on with 5 miles left and we would not fix it told me there was nothing he could do wasn’t his fault after he didn’t put it on the pop wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. Gives me a one 800 number the attendance name is John. I suggest that you be very careful going to this gas station because they have no problem taking money from you. And thinking it’s super funny that you’re just stuck without the gas

Clean, well stocked and courteous service. I'd give them a five star with one exception. That is their pumps often don't issue receipts and you have to go inside to get the receipt. other than that great place and... Cheapest Gas In the area!

Probs my favorite quick stop in town when I was round tables sign shaker years ago the ladies back then (during sumer)would see me actually sign spinning and bring me a gallon of water here and there to ensure I didn't dehydrate.

I truly and genuinely would give zero stars if I was able to. DO NOT get gas here; they WILL scam you. The helpful cashier was the only positive part of this experience.Around 10:40pm tonight, my gas light came on right as I was passing the Quik Stop. I decided to throw $10 to get me where I needed to go, which would get the light off and take me to maybe around a quater of a tank. Typically.I was charged $10.03 and my gas guage did not move. At all. I went to the cashier to let her know, and she put me on the phone with her assistant manager. His name was Rick or Ricardo. When I explained that I was charged $10.03 and got no gas, the assistant manager told me, "Well, if there's a recipt, the gas pumped." When I explained to him that my gas guage didn't change, he has the nerve to tell me, "Well, it doesn't change with only $10."I decided to use the same exact pump to see if I was being scammed or not. I put $12.99 in this time, and do you know what happened? My gas guage went from the last marking (empty) to the marking right before a half tank. Please tell me how $10.03 had no effect, but $12.99 almost took me to half a tank? The cashier was unable to help me, and apologized for the situation and the assistant manager.I understand that businesses have profit margins to keep, but to completely write off a customer when they understand how their car operates better than some random assistant manager? And there's no investigation on an issue with the pumps due to the temperature? (Today was the first winter snow in Reno.) I will never stop here for gas again, and I recommend everyone do the same.

DO NOT USE CAR WASH! First of all the machine didn't want to give change so it kept my money. I purchased their top car wash. You pull in and it gives you just a few seconds of tire wash. They also reduced the time of the wash and the drying which left streaks in my car and I had to go to another car wash to get it clean. It only has touchless wash.
