Probably the worst touchless car wash I've used in town. Left soapy streaks all over my car that are quite annoying to get off a couple of days later. I won't be coming back.

So I used my card only spent 3.50 cents for a quick rinse next thing you know they charged my card 30 dollars and some change are you series !!! So if I were you I wouldn't use your debit or credit card there I know I wont.. So disappointed!!

The first time I used this wash it was great, well the left bay was. The last two times I have had to use the right bay. I had huge drip marks all over my car from product that didn't rinse off. This time only half my car was what I would call clean. It left dirty water marks all over my car and left patches down the sides that didn't properly wash. The windshield wasn't even clean. Will not be using this wash again. Three strikes and you are out.

Have not used this car wash for years as poor quality wash even though it close to my house. So thought I would give another try ,. Don't waste your time waited in line for 20 min. Finally my turn was expecting a less quality wash since car was bad from the snow on the roads so Used credit card picked my wash then nothing no green light to pull in. So I pulled in and nothing. So drove around and tried again, i Should have realized a problem when the guy before me pulled in the car wash and it kept telling him to back up so he would back up pull up did this a few times then it worked for him. Well there is no phone numbers that I could see to call , if you go to 711 in front they tell you the car wash is not there's so I drove around the building and on the back side found 2 numbers to call yes no answer and can't leave a message . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME you can lose time and money.

This is specific to auto wash left bay as you drive in.
Paid for the wash&wax.
Undercarriage rinse was questionable. Didn’t get the full length of truck. It shut off.
Jets clogged at start. Is that the presoak?
One of three above nozzles worked dispensing fluids.
Can’t identify contact details as I write this in my vehicle as we really are getting a partial wash. I wanted to pass on to the team that supports this place.
The rinse jets seemed OK.
The blower blew.
Truly paid to fresh water rinse the truck.
I use the manual bays generally and they are the best option if you can manually wash your vehicle.

Paid for $10 Auto Wash on my brand new car at this location.. Left side of auto wash did not wash off wax, and thick, waxy, residue remained all on the left side of my car as well as the hood and windows. Called the listed number immediately to complain and left message. Two days later, Reno Vulcanizing, whom I assume owns the Quick Wash, calls and Matt provides a 5 digit code to remedy the situation. Upon attempting the code several times, the provided code did not work. Wanting the residue removed, I paid another $7 for the basic wash (sans wax) to rid my vehicle of this residue. It did an okay job, but I had to manually clean the remaining wax residue. Immediately left a message with Matt at Reno Vulcanizing and did not receive a returned call.
Poor business practice and terrible service in my opinion. I assume this is a reflection on Reno Vulcanizing's practices also. Still awaiting that call, Matt....
11/20/20: as I was not able to delete the review, I wanted to provide an update and upgrade in service level.
Matt called and advised of a mis-step and remedied the solution both cordially and apologetically.
I give praise to his humility and ownership of the situation, hence, an upgrade in ratings.

Vacuums are terrible!!! Wouldn't pull up a blade of grass out of my carpet. Car wash was ok.
