Had an issue with the left bay and called the phone number that was on Yelp and they gave me free car wash. Good customer service.

The sensor is broken on the left drive through bay. Played the drive forward/reverse game for 5 minutes. Then gave up. No phone number or email to try and get a refund.

I’ve been going to this place since 2019 and it was my favorite car wash but now I’m definitely going somewhere else. The new automatic car wash is a complete waste of money and on top of that it barely cleans your car at all, it’s still dirty and doesn’t dry anything at all. Vacuums half the time don’t work properly.

Save yourself the time don’t come here. Car is still filthy. Maybe they should leave at the old style instead of what they got going on now worst car wash ever.

It’s a full no-touch// touch-less. Doesn’t communicate whether it’s a touch, soft-touch, or no touch. Which was confusing even when paying. But to confirm: it does not touch your car in the automatic option.

Best automated, touch-less car wash I've used due to the multiple, oscillating high pressure nozzles being utilized. They were able to quickly blast away all the bugs on my car after a long road trip!

I went to this car wash and did not have proper change. I put in a $20 bill, and for change I got a receipt with an expired date. It had a code, I tried the code next time I returned. The code did not work. I went back a few times and could not find any attendant. What a way to swindle someone, absolute robbery!

Nice place to wash your car, but after words. When it's hot outside to vacuum your car out, it needs something to put over the top like a canvas cover for protection from the heat is the only problem.
