Very slow. They don’t communicate with you if there is a problem with your prescription. They just let you think it’s being filled. The pharmacist at Raleys in Fernley, makes the pharmacists here looks like amateurs. I came in to pick up a prescription in Reno on Wedge Parkway. It wasn’t ready and they informed me they had to order it. Which they hadn’t done yet. It’s a chemo drug for stage four cancer. They called me the next day and told me my prescription was ready to be picked up. Guess what when I got there it was not ready and they didn’t have it in the building. Apparently they don’t inventory. When stock comes in. I have gone several times only to have the girls working the counter give me one or two of three or four prescriptions. Causing me to have to go back several times truly an unprofessional business, and only is in business because it’s the only thing close. Raleys pharmacy on Wedge Parkway. You need to do better. The unprofessionalism is disgusting.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. I have no clue what their issue is but every single time I come in there is something wrong with my prescription or insurance then I'll come on the next day and suddenly none of those problems existed in the first place!!! They have given me the wrong prescription multiple times and have lied to me saying my mom came in to fill it for me which hasn't happened in over 3 years!!! Very disappointing I liked the raleys up in incline village this one is just a joke!! Very rude staff as well there's only one girl there that hasn't lied or been rude to me!!!

We've been using this pharmacy for years. They are much less busy than others jn South Reno like CVS and we get better service. The techs know us by name and they always have our scripts ready. We've only had issue getting things filled when there were supply chain delays due to the pass being closed in winter. Even then, they were able to dispense smaller doses of our daughter's urgent antibiotics each day.

I agree that things were really bad last year BUT it has changed! New staff offers great service again. They are really on top of it. Very convenient too.

Awful customer service. Refuses to put a good rx code in to help with prices even though it's a raleys specific code. Don't care about you at all. Avoid this store all together. It's a joke.

I read some bad google reviews on this pharmacy, but hadn't experienced that, until today. Oh gees - so weary of businesses who just don't care about their customers. I refilled a Rx - they apparently got it from "different" generic supplier - price was 2.5x - no explanation, no notice, no concern. Just a blank stare. How dare I question the price increase. I gave them 2 stars, because I take responsibility for not just telling them to send it back. After I got home, I found out Walgreens has it for about 20% of what I paid at Raley's. Once they get you in at a low price - the sky's is the limit. My advice - always check for available prices online before heading to the pharmacy. I'm sure they blame someone else, but I'm kind of done with that. Oh, and when I got home with the generic Rx, I found out that the higher priced one they chose is not manuf in the USA (like the one I had been getting) - it is manuf in a plant in China which had some FDA-related problems between 2018 and 2021. Wow.

New head pharmacist is terrible. We lost many of the employees and head pharmacist who were wonderful. This new one is rude and very slow in preparing your prescription

I have used this location on Wedge parkway for over 15 years and would have rated it 5 star but over the past 18 months it has gone down hill. Now its TERRIBLE. They lost most of the dept employees including the head Pharmacist. This new lady is rude and SLOW. Its sad to know I will have to change as I always enjoyed talking with the staff and they were efficient. If Raley's cares about customers find a new pharmacist.

After they closed for a week, then reopened as Raley's One, I quickly learned they no longer sell what I want,.
I went there soon after they reopened with about a dozen things on my list, only to discover they no longer sold Doritos, Gilettte,or Shick shaving products, nor Pedigree dog food. They also told me they'd likely stop selling Diet Pepsi soon!
WTF?
Bye, Bye, Raleys!
I now shop at Smiths /(Krogers).

I bought food here, mostly breakfast things and a few snacks. This is a big suburban style grocery store, but they do have prepared foods..

Terrible customer service since the renovation and change of staff. Slow, unfriendly, unhelpful, lack of confidentiality.

We've been shopping at this store since they opened up. They were our favorite place to get groceries when they first opened. We'd shop weekly. Then they remodeled it and gave it a warehouse look/feel. It became darker, less inviting, and felt like the energy was sucked out of it. But, we didn't mind. They still carried everything we needed in terms of groceries. So, we sort of accepted it, but started going to Whole Foods more often for the organics, since Raley's selection of organic vegetables/fruits still pales in comparison to them.
Then they decided to go to a O-N-E format, where they sort of turned into a Whole Foods wannabe. If we want to shop at Whole Foods, we'll go to Whole Foods. Now, when we want to shop at a Grocery Store, we go to Safeway. It's not much farther, and still has all the stuff we want from a Grocery Store. Haven't been to Raley's now for several months.
Sorry Raley's, but you've completely lost your competitive advantage.
You seem to be trying to go for a "We are a grocery store, but we're also a Whole Foods replacement option"...but in the end, you're neither.
Hope you figure this out soon and figure out how to be one or the other in spades.

This place worked fine as a grocery store and I was able to get all of the stuff I need for my breakfasts. It's a grocery store.

I have been coming to this store religiously since 2000, no joke. I could go to several other stores and probably save some $$$ but the quality of the produce and cleanliness of the store was top level - until now. They used to have this wonderful produce aisle that you could find ANYTHING! Not anymore - it has been replaced with a few small stands with expensive organic produce. Today was the last straw. All I wanted was to get some salad fixings for dinner. I used to be able to pick up a bag of butter lettuce. It was no longer there. I walked up and down the cooler section and found none. There were plastic tubs of some fufu organic mixes of all sorts but no simple bag of cut butter lettuce. I asked the produce person working nearby where it was and he pointed me to the expensive tubs of whatever but said they didn't carry that package of butter lettuce anymore. I asked what happened - why the product mix of the entire store became so limited. He said that they got rid of most (but not all) of the products with artificial ingredients in them (for my benefit I presume). I pointed out that the butter lettuce they used to have was...lettuce, nothing else. He only said sorry and pointed to the tubs of fancy organic mix. I pointed out that the tubs were small, very expensive and had more plastic than a simple bag like I used to be able to get. The irony of being all healthy for the body and all unhealthy for the planet. No answer... At this point, and I am sorry to say this after over 20 years, but that store is ruined. When shopping at WalMart or Winco becomes the only way to get the normal products you are used to, there is no reason to go back. They are trying to be the new Whole Foods but that is not going to work. I have no idea how they thought that this business model would work. maybe that's fine in San Francisco, but in Northern Nevada???
