Susie is a very rude human. She yelled at me from afar stating to get off my phone then she’ll help me. There are no signs I cannot be on my phone. I told her I didn’t know and I’ll get off right now. She was snarky and got my birthday wrong three times. Then she stated are you going to wait for your prescription. I told her yes how long. Then she said oh never mind come back tomorrow we don’t have enough for you. Then I get home about 20 min later and I get a call from the pharmacy my prescription is ready for pick up. I had to get my baby down for bed. So she lied to me and made me come back the next day. All because I was on my phone ? I’m new to this place and I didn’t know that was a rule. Get a new job if you cannot stand servicing customers.

If you are tired of calling someplace like CVS and never getting a person...Then arriving to find that the prescription is not ready when they said it was in 200 robot calls an hour...Then getting treated like a bother by some old man that should have been put out to pasture years ago...Then try Raleys pharmacy!
Meds are meds. Reliability and service though are the reason! Raleys has a mellow decent pace with good communication and service that will heal you of Reno's woes!

Never open long enough, always closing for lunch, and Teresa the pharmacist keeps asking me to use their App. I don’t like that pharmacy app, it doesn’t work. It’s like she doesn’t want to be bothered with customers whenever they call.
I’ve worked for a Pharmacy before and they wouldn’t have been allowed to treat customers in such a manner. I’m thinking of switching to Walmart soon.

The pharmacist was excessively rude! Watched her demean a customer in front of other customers.

Don't go here. The old woman working here denied giving me my prescription. I desperately need it to function. If you're sick and dying and need your meds, go to a pharmacy you know you can trust.

Needed a prescription transferred and the pharmacist took care of it that day and the brand I requested. Gave us their member price too! Thank you!

This pharmacy at North valley's is an absolute joke. The tech Ishmal doesn't listen to the customer and has made me and my wife wait unnecessarily on multiple occasions due to her looking up the wrong information and not taking the time to search for the correct information. She does not seem to care at all about the needs of her customer. Today was no different, I had surgery today and required pain medication from the surgery. We called in at 11 am and was told it would be 30 - 45mins by Ishmal. Then, my wife went in to the pharmacy to pick up, at 12:30pm given more than enough time for them to have it ready. Then she was told that the pharmacist had to "count" the meds and would be another 30 minutes. Mean while I am going on 3 hours over due for my pain medication. My wife the returns to get the meds after we received a phone call stating the medication was finally ready. She walked up to the counter, to techs were on the way put "lunch" at 1:25 pm. Neither tech took the 2 mins it would take to get the medication to my wife and get me the medication that is now 5 hours over due. I am at home and in pain from a surgery and this pharmacy has no compassion for its customer. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. The management and pharmacist need to be let go along with the staff and replaced with a team that cares about the needs of people. I will continue to shop at the this pharmacy and document the terrible interactions will receive until something is changed. Just ridiculous professionalism.

The one pharmacist was very nice. That was it. The techs need to be trained or just fired. You can't teach kindness or patience. Two of them obviously need to find another line of work. If she makes one more rude comment, I will put her in her place. It's absolute uncalled for. It's not like she can't make her salary elsewhere. Further ire this old lady tech, dumped my drugs out and handled them with filthy fingers after touching money! Sickkkkkkk

While my husband stood in line forever to get his prescription, I found a bottle of wine and wanted to pay for it when my husband received his prescription. The gal that waited on us told us they cannot accept liquor and prescription payments at their counter because “they don’t believe in mixing liquor with medication “ I said what? That’s not their business if we want to do that or not. If she would have just said they don’t have a liquor license then I would have gladly understood and taken the wine to the front counter. They need to get another team there!

If you are able to avoid going to this pharmacy, YOU SHOULD.ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I USE THIS PHARMACY EVER AGAIN. Even if I have to pay more to go somewhere elseToday my prescription was submitted while I was in recovery from my ACL repair around 3:30 pm. My husband got to the pharmacy just before 6 pm to pick up my prescriptions. Once he was there, they made him and 6 other customers wait for 30 minutes to get their prescriptions (of which during this time my husband says that it seemed that the girls in the pharmacy were messing around in the back). While waiting, the store manager saw that he was still there and went into the back of the pharmacy to fix the matter. To be clear, they had my prescription, he was waiting on them to literally count the pills because it was a controlled substance.Once my husband received the prescription ONE HOUR LATER, he checked it before leaving and realized that they did not give him all of the meds and THEY GAVE HIM SOMEONE ELSE’s receipt and information, which is a major HIPPA violation. When he went back in to correct the error the pharmacist was unprofessional and discourteous to the fact that now because of their error I was very behind on pain management after my surgery. She told my husband that he would have to wait now because they have to fill out paperwork due to the violation that THEY COMMITTED. Customers actually began to refuse to be helped until they completed my husband’s transaction. The only good thing I have to say is that between the store manager and the surrounding customers who began to refuse to proceed with their transactions, my husband was finally able to fill my prescription, but the way the pharmacist and her techs handled literally just doing their job is absolutely appalling and they should be ashamed. If it were possible I would give them no stars
