Never coming to this location ever again, everyone working there is rude and the gas pumps never work, who the hell is operating this store, shelf’s are never stocked and bathrooms are never cleaned and there is never any fluid in the window washer stations, I’ve came in to this location for a few months and it’s always the same, oh and not to mention, they don’t pay attention when there is a customer in need, they are just constantly on their phones and taking about personal life, and they don’t even try to be quiet about it, I can hear them talking about their personal lives across the store. Disgraceful behavior.

Stopped to fill up today and once again the pumps say "Pay Inside". This has been a theme for a few months. This aint the 80s anymore, get your pay at the pumps working already! How difficult could this be? Ugh

It's barely worth going to this gas station anymore. More often than not, there are more broken pumps/registers than there are functioning ones. The windshield washing stations are rarely filled with fluid or towels. Garbage cans are always full. Anything you would go to a gas station for, is not readily available here.

Getting a car wash after fueling up. Went for the most expensive option as it included under carriage wash. Living in Truckee unfortunately they've gone to a brine to help with ice on the roads. I am conscious of trying to keep the underside of my car clean to avoid rust. Get into the car wash and the under carriage wash feature isn't working. LAME! That is literally why I chose to get my car washed. REFUND! So frustrating. It's supposed to snow Wednesday so no real need to wash the upper body. Come now! Get it together Raley's!

This is the second time that our gas tank hasn't been filled! Last time it only filled half of our tank, and this time only 3/4's of our tank. We enjoy going to Raley's grocery store for the Celiac Disease friendly food options as well as for the gas discounts, but it's really frustrating when we have a $0.50 off per gallon discount but the pump clicks off, not allowing us to fill our tank, it's an 18 gallon tank, but the gas pump barely let me put in 10 gallons, and that was with taking the hose out and reinserting it and retrying, but it would constantly only allow cents worth of gas before clicking off again. This is the second time in a row, different pump at the same station. I'm getting my gas at Costco from now on - I feel as if Raley's is trying to cheat it's customers, promising gas discounts, but having the pump turn off early so tanks aren't filled up, forcing the customers to return more often but without the discounts.

Pump never give you a receipt. Have to go inside to get it always over priced. Only a good deal with the grocery coupon.

I love the girls there. All of them are so sweet. I regularly get gas and smokes there. And the staff always greet me and know what I need when I come in it's a pleasant feeling.

The difference between cash and credit is too huge. I was lured here by Google Maps info, and after fueling I found Safeway Fuel Station was way cheaper!

Everytime I get gas in the last few months, the pump is out of paper, so I must go in to get a receipt. The cashier with the painted hair is always outside having a cigarette instead of filling up the pumps with paper to print. Very annoying!
