Raley's is recognized everywhere as an above average grocery store. The same is true of this particular Raley's.

I’ve noticed a lot of rats around this store.
This store also has iffy produce. I’ve bought so many things here just for them to be already rotten.

I have shopped here a few times and was never disappointed, but today I had an experience of excellent customer service.
I called to order a large load of water (in cans). The phone was answered immediately, and Aidan checked on stock and advised on options. A few hours later when I showed up manager Patrick knew exactly what I was talking about. He too was very friendly, went to grab the big load (which had already been readied with my name on it), and quickly rang me up and helped me by bringing it out to my car.
I will do any such shopping at this Raley’s going forward.
