Every time I go here the staff that makes the sandwiches/poke bowls is extremely rude, I've had people refuse to help or just stand around on their phones. Don't work a job that requires communication skills if you cant stand people.

Love to shop in this family owned store! Always good deals!

Apparently you have to download their app in order to get the sale prices. I just walked out of their store. Went to checkout my items and instead of giving me a reward card like other stores I was told to step aside and download the app so I left my things and walked out. Some of us don't want a ton of apps on our phone and I think it's ridiculous and unfair that you do not get the sale prices unless you do. I'll just go somewhere else.

We used to shop at Raley's all the time, but had to look elsewhere when they changed to a O-N-E Market. Although we still use them from time to time, they really earn stars with their meeting room service.

Good bakery and fruit section. Not sure why they changed the store.

Food, beer, whiskey, and friendly staff. You know, a grocery store. This one is pretty cool, though, It's close to my house as well. I'm pretty sure it's close to yours as well. Why else would you be looking on Google maps at this particular Raley's? Perhaps you're from out of town? If that's it, then yes, it is pretty much a standard grocery store like you have near your house. It is nice, you should try it!

Raleys has improved; however, if you get gift cards there be extra careful that the cashier gives you separate activation slips for each gift.

I never feel compelled to write a review about anything. Really, nothing at all as so much of it is canned or machine created. But then again, sometimes you get helped by a person, not just anybody, but really someone special that really changes your day. I had that experience recently at the Raley's ONE Market on Wedge Pkwy, Reno NV.Just the other day I was helped by that someone special, Maybelline Sousa (please forgive me if I'm spelling your name incorrectly). I was having a rather rough day. Ok, it really sucked but that's not why I'm here and it's better left for another story. But I digress, I was having a bad day, I was down, couldn't find what I was looking for (wasn't available), and I just wanted to curl up into a ball and just disappear. Yes, a terrible day.I finally settled on my purchase and entered Mrs. Sousa's line. I noted that she was VERY pleasant to every customer she greeted ahead of me. I also noticed that it seamed that some of the customers stood in her line because they genuinely liked her, repeat customers I guess, I say this because she greeted them by name! WHO does that anymore? No one cares to know who your are anymore. She does!Anyway, as she rang up my purchase, Maybelline noted that I was having a bad day. She asked if I was ok, I started to loose it. What I got in return was some of the most genuine heartfelt words of support and encouragement that I had ever received in my life...ever!I've gone back to that Raley's several times now since that day. On the days that I have seen Mrs. Sousa her lines were always full and she greeted and helped everyone like they were family. If the customer was looking for something in particular, she knew exactly where it was and directed them to where they could find it. On occasion, I even noted a repeat customer or two. And yes, she did remember my name!I haven't seen service like this since I was a kid, and that was a very very long time ago. When people used to truly care about one another. It is nice to know that there are still a few people out there who truly care about their customers.

Do not order a cake from this Raleys!!! I went in on Friday around 2 o'clock and ordered my son a ninja turtle cake for his 4th birthday he picked it out he was so excited! We also added 12 cupcakes. I told them that I would pick it up on Sunday at 9:00. I went to go pick it up and they told me that they didn't have any order like that they didn't even have my order papers. Supposedly the manager is the one who took my order. How can you lose a whole entire child's cake? You guys ruined his fourth birthday you guys need to give people a receipt or something to prove that the order was made absolutely ridiculous!! Now I had to go home and tell my 4 year old they didn't make his cake!! Thank you this whole place lost my business!!

Wish the app was easier to utilize. The new rules about refusing rain checks on sale items that they absolutely do not stock in anywhere close to sufficient quantity is frustrating. I literally live down the street and can go several hours after opening day ad comes out and they are out. When they do have things like steelhead it is a good buy. You have to make sure your receipt is correct. This is improving, thank goodness. For over 2 yrs there were major over charges every trip to the point I contacted corporate. Having run inventory and price changes in a 50 mil big box, I know correct tagging can be done.

So disappointed. Ordered 4 catering trays, received an email confirming the order, went to pick them up and they were never made. They offered to make them right away, we're going on an hour - so now I'm late to my own baby shower. Do better.

I don't believe that I dislike any other grocery store more than Raley's on Wedge Parkway. If you're looking for off-brand items this is the store for you. For the items you recognize such as Campbells' Pork and Beans for example, I found 3 cans on the very bottom of one self and requiring me to get on my hands and knees to see and reach. How about Campbells condensed soup for another; found five or six cans of three varieties and again, on the very bottom shelf. After cruising the entire store twice looking for the aforementioned items, I called the store to ask where to look. Girl says 'we don't sell Campbells Pork and Beans". The final straw was having to bag my own groceries as there was a shortage of employees. And as one final insult to the unfortunate customer, Raley's prices are no bargains.

Went back to shop here again. It was a bit frustrating since stockers left carts full of merchandise in many of the row so that the customer can't go down that row or if they could it would be hard to see what is on the shelf. Nice clean store and lots of variety. But I really did not like the self-check. Constantly had problems and the person in charge of that area sat at her computer trying to fix problems. Never once came over to talk to me or for me to show her the issues. She did get things resolved from her chair but it was not good customer service. I got tired of seeing a box pop up that did not pertain to my order, it was truly frustrating and took much longer to check out. Customers go to quick check to get out of the store faster but next time I will go to a live checker.

I bought tomato yesterday. It looked fresh tomato. But when I open the package, most were rotten. I could not see the side of tomato. I had same experiences of Eggplant. It looks fresh but it is not. I should check more details. I cannot trust this store.
