This is a cool store, as far as Reno RALEY’S go.
But all Raley’s have a loyalty card, to get the real savings you need a digital coupon, in a store where you can’t connect to the internet, to log in to an app that doesn’t work.

This is the worst Raley’s in Reno. The freezers aren’t cold enough and all the frozen foods are covered with ice crystals. My frozen juice concentrate was liquid in the can. The produce is not up to Raley’s standards. My purple cauliflower has brown spots all over it that were disguised by the design on the cellophane. I got a package of cookies today and they’re all broken and the end was open so I threw them away. I had switched to this location because it was more convenient for me, but I’m going to go back to the one on Mayberry. It is a much better store.

The opening hours are ONLY convenient for those who don’t have to work. The line is long and sometimes you get a text/call when your Rx is ready, sometimes you don’t. I haven’t figured it out. Service is inconsistent and the only reason I go is because it is nearby.

I was getting some sliced meat at the Deli Counter. The person that was helping me lost her teeth (literally). Her teeth fell out. She continued slicing the meat with her teeth in her hand. I almost vomited.

Horrible Pharmacy! Had two prescriptions that needed to be filled, they were sent in 4 days prior to me needing them (1 needed urgently for a procedure) went in and they were not ready, they said we can have 1 ready in 45 minutes, the other not until tomorrow. Went in the next day, they lost the prescriptions (they are controlled) this was concerning, had me call my DR to resend the prescriptions, he did. Heard nothing from the pharmacy, called the Pharmacist at 4pm, she stated they haven’t started working on it yet, I told her I needed for a procedure tomorrow, she said she would have it within an hour, went down 3 hours later, still not filled! Untrustworthy Pharmacist and missing prescriptions. I would say they have a serious problem.

Hidden gem. Jason the assistant store lead is an absolute rock star. So patient, very thoughtful, and extremely helpful. Raley’s is luck to have him!!

Deceptive sales and promos, horrendous app, overworked and rude employees. Raleys has gone so far downhill the last couple years it's honestly impressive

This place needs some help. Every other Raley’s in town is so much nicer. It’s dirty, the automatic doors barely open, everything is always out of stock, produce section is a joke, and getting anything from the deli is impossible because they completely ignore you. Checkers and management are friendly, but the store overall needs a major facelift and new buyers.

The 3rd star is for convenience. However, this is significantly offset by empty shelves, high prices, and being dirty. This store almost appears to be going out of business.

The store is slimy. Check out the floors in front of the deli / bakery, they are water logged and warping... Produce has some not so nice products. I've got two onions that I cut open and were ROTTING inside. One after another return. I can tell everyone hates working there besides the managers. I know one of the cashiers and he said he hates it there and if he could leave he would but he needs the work and flies under the radar. This place is well overdue for a structure fire and that would probably be an improvement to the store as a whole. Ive seen the walls in the deli and they look like they are stained with decades of sweat and tears. A brown hue from what i have seen. The whole place needs a revamp like Rob Drive. But i have heard it is because the store does not make that much to warrent a revamp. Catch 22 if ive ever seen one. Shut the store down for a week or two and swarm the place to remodel and make the store pretty. to quote a realy good movie "If you make it, they will come"
All that being said, good service from all departments, a few people here and there who are snarky and i can tell are disliked by many. I
