She researched agents in the area in which I had inherited an apartment and connected me with one that was part of an international relocation program. Soon after arriving in Italy, I had an appointment which went well and I signed with the agent. Without Caren's help, I don't think I would have ever found this agency because there are so many in that small city. I didnt like the clause in agreement that I will be responsible for rent till end of agreement if I vacate early. Usually there is a clause to pay a lumpsum and move out. I was not able to get prompt response from my agent on some occasions. Other than that, house/utilities repair issues were looked after on time. "”
