Brought my vehicle in for a simple subwoofer install, and they quoted me twice the going rate. When i asked about this, the guy behind the counter practically shouted at me, asking me what my problem was. These people suck, use Best Buy if you want any kind of customer service

My sub is not kicking in, unless I hit a bump or turn left handed. Than maybe it kicks on. I PAID over 400.00, I would think it should work all the time.
