I took my suby here for body work after hitting a pothole very good mechanic he knows what he's doing, he explains everything reasonable price and would definitely recommend as well as the owner very communicative lets you know what's going on!

Came in to get a few things checked on my car, and everyone here was so kind and helpful. They took the time to explain the issues and even break down things I didn’t understand, giving me advice along the way. They even encouraged me to handle something I thought was complicated to help me stay within my budget — and I ended up fixing it myself with much confidence after seeing them!
Also, a special shout out to Frank, as he has been the one servicing my car with much care and attention. :^)

Casey the manager was amazing. He was very informative and helpful with my daughters car. He checked many things to ensure she was safe. Casey went above and beyond to ensure I understood and my daughter was safe.

This review is long overdue.
I was in last year, just passing through the Reno area. It was a Saturday after and my truck broke down.
I was 5 hours into a cross country trip and my brakes locked up.
I called several shops and they all told me that the soonest they could look at it was Monday. I really didn't want to get a hotel room until a shop opened up days later....
I called Reno Auto Works and Blake answered, I explained the situation and he told me to bring it over and see if they could help!
I could see that they were busy, but Blake was able to get me in!
The caliper has seized up and had to be replaced. Blake was able to get the parts and make the repairs, late in the day on a Saturday!
I can't recommend this place enough.
Extremely helpful, polite and professional service.

I am glad I found Reno Auto Works. They are very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I have an older vehicle and they always take great care of it and integrity and honesty.

The team at Reno Auto works is exceptional. I had a huge repair done on my truck recently and they were honest and kept me well informed on my costs.
Casey went out of his way to not only tell me what was needed but he also showed me the issues that needed attention.
Honest work..good mechanics..real pros.

I will never go to another auto shop again. Kacie is the most genuine mechanic I’ve ever met and has taken amazing care of all of our vehicles. He never pushes unneeded services and prices are incredibly reasonable. I’ve recommended him to all of my local friends and family and they all love him too.

Great help. They had me under the hood, under the vehicle. Just a ton on knowledge and a really fun team that explained as much as they could. They had schematics up to talk through stuff. Not a dealer experience and I'll continue to give them my business. They were all awesome, but Frank was a joy to work with.
