I recently had a major servicing done on my vehicle and must say I was very impressed with the level of professionalism everyone displayed. Service Advisor Will Torres took the time to go through all of my issues and then explained each line item in the service agreement to ensure everything was very clear, answering any questions along the way. I was contacted midway through the servicing that my brakes needed to be replaced and the service department took pictures of the worn rotors and pads to send to me (who does that anymore?) I needed to sign for this additional service before any further repairs could be made.
I wanted to find another dealership since I was unhappy with how I was treated by another dealer where I had been a loyal customer. As a woman, when that happens, I take my business elsewhere. I’ll stick with Corwin for all my service needs in the future. THANK YOU.

My wife and I came in to buy a truck and it was already sold and then Ben showed us a new Denali that we fell in love with and then my buddy Rob who works in the service department introduced us to Lance who helped work a bunch of numbers with us and Ben was able to help solidify the deal for us. Awesome car lot, nobody was pushy and everybody was beyond awesome. We will be coming back for our next purchase. Thank you Ben and Rob for helping us get our new truck.

During my first interaction with another sales person, things didn’t start off so well. Although it took eight months to get my new 2024, Dinali 2500 ultimate series pick up, if it wasn’t for the professional assistance from the salesperson Keith and the sales manager Ruben I would have never recommended this dealership. These two individuals were nothing short of professional and courteous. From the minute they got a hold of my deal, I had numerous phone calls, updating me on where and when my truck was and when it would be delivered. I could not be more happy with the end result and I would highly recommend this dealership with an emphasis on Keith and Ruben. I hope they receive a phone call from management or at least some accolades for the excellent job they do.

Corwin, I recently discovered that the truck I purchased from you in May 2024 for nearly $14,000 is valued at only $5,800 on Carvana. This raises serious concerns for me, as it appears there was a 140% markup on the vehicle. I feel as though I've been taken advantage of in this transaction, which is extremely disappointing. I would appreciate an explanation regarding this matter, as it has greatly impacted my trust in GMC dealerships.

I had two issues, the first was solved by adjusting a system setting. The second was a recall regarding the A/C outlets not functioning. Luckily the parts were available at the dealership so both issues were resolved within 3 hours.

The service we received was very good! We are very happy with the communication and professionalism of our service rep, Rob Canadian. He explained the recommended service items and stated in contact while our vehicle was in the shop. The service center is very clean and organized. We recommend the Corwin service center and Rob!

Not good. Two time here 2 times a bad experience. Staff in service always upset and rude. Drove from an hour away to ger warranty work done on tailgate. Arrive at 7:40 am lady says oh u will void replacment if u get warranty work done since damage occured to tailgate opeing by itself…. Wants me to to drive to chevy to get an estimate and miss more work instrad of doing warrenty work. i was missing already to get this done today.
The letter she wrote up to avoid gmc being accountable was just a joke. Horrible buisness.
