Five star experience. Honestly. I was apprehensive at first about purchasing a vehicle on the opposite side of the country as me. (I’ve never done anything like that before.) Nabil made the process beyond easy, and not scary at all. He was extremely thorough with the photos that he sent me of the vehicle. He was very responsive, and walked me through each step of the process, and he made everything easy to understand. I’m thrilled with my vehicle, and could not be any happier with the buying process. Even when a small issue arose, it was taken care of right away, without trouble. They stand behind their word. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from the people at Corwin Reno, and highly recommend them. Every team member that I worked with went above and beyond. A dealership that you can actually trust!

I had been in communication with the sales rep regarding a truck At this dealership for about a week, I had made an appointment to drive four hours to come see said truck. On my way there the sales rep called me and asked me if I was still coming to see the truck which I replied Yes and he said great See you when you get here. I arrive two hours later and they had a different sales guy come out and tell me that the truck had already been sold. Nobody called to inform me when they knew I was driving several hours to come see this truck. They just wanted to get me in there to sell me something different. I will definitely not be buying a truck from this dealership. I also have a friend that has had the exact same experience with this same dealership. Thank you, Corwin Buick GMC for wasting $200 in diesel and eight hours of my time for nothing

Jordan has been very helpful. Technicians got my car running right at reasonable price and found the problem that other mechanics couldn’t pinpoint. I’d much rather pay a little more to know it’s being done right. Thanks for finally ending an on going problem. Wish I woulda just taking it here in the first place.

Wouldn’t recommend. Military discount? Only if you purchase their extended warranty. Two keys? No, they won’t even ask the general manager if they can comp a second key. Was told to go somewhere else and have them program a second key. Remove the dealer installed optional $400 gps for theft protection? Sure but they will charge you to remove it. Did they remove it after I asked them to? No. Also the gps sits in plain view next to the battery. It’s secured with one small zip tie. Any thief with half a brain could remove in 10 seconds. Within 20 hours of taking ownership I’m getting a trailer brake system malfunction alert. The “detailing” that was done prior to taking delivery was absolutely garbage. Dust everywhere. Plastic polish lathered on everything. The “Corwin automotive group” discount for purchasing multiple vehicles doesn’t apply to Corwin auto group if you don’t purchase them from the same dealership. I asked for a 2 cent discount to round the final cost down to make it an even dollar. Waited 15 minutes and multiple people couldn’t get an answer. I asked them if they had 98 cents in change and nobody could give me an answer on that either. After waiting and waiting I decided they could keep the 98cents. Not thrilled whatsoever with my experience here.

Sales team was very helpful in driving the process. Sales , finance and title dept coordination could have been better but in the end David from Sales did help drive the sale and coordination forward. Overall very happy with the experience.

The whole experience was fantastic from the moment I walked onto the lot. Ben was helpful with no pressure, he found out which truck I wanted to purchase and made it a reality. No haggling no bull . Ben let me know everything I needed to know and had a smile on his face the whole time, he obviously like to help people get the vehicle they want and need.

An inventory like I have never seen before. Harold our sales person is more knowledgeable about his products than I could imagine, no pressure or unscrupulous tricks to pressure you into a purchase. Harold is flat out honest and a likeable man. Ryan in finance was not pushy with add ins or additional warranties and worked with. Me to accomplish purchase that night. Owners of Corwin should be proud of their business and employees.

Excellent service for my 2023 Yukon! They have a great oil change/tire rotation/comprehensive diagnostic deal. Pay for 3 upfront for around $270. Great deal!
